I went to the walk up window and order was taken by pleasant employee. My drink was made correctly. Be aware that they use a ton of ice so your drink is actually about 50% less than the size it looks. I got a chai oat milk latte, which was tasty. Wait seemed pretty long - 20 minutes. Glad I didn't do drive-thru as they really did not move! One big negative to me is that the full menu isn't listed so I had to download the app, which didn't really help matters. I just don't think I'm interested enough in their coffee for that type of wait when I could get specialty coffee at Slow Bloom or Landmark in Redlands instead and much quicker.

I am disappointed in my experience. I am a 1st time visitor today, and the woman who took my order was not very helpful or joyful. My coffee tastes very watered down, and It's not blended very well. The experience at the window was awkward, and we waited quite a while for our drinks. I'm disappointed that I paid $7 for a coffee that I won't be drinking.

I’ve seen so many people hyping up Dutch bros ever since they came to Cali. I’ve always wanted to try them out and see if they live up to the amazing reviews they get and I was finally able to stop this location a few months ago with my family.Of course, as always they had a long line. Everyone else either loves their drinks or wanted to try them like we did. They have so many drinks and flavors available it was hard to choose but I ended up going with the Dream Weaver which is hazelnut and white chocolate.The guy taking our order was nice. They have them standing outside like it’s In n out or Chick Fil A. Honestly I felt bad for him. It’s only coffee! But regardless, their customer service is good! He was friendly.That’s really the only good thing I have to say though. Honestly I think their drinks are hyped up for no reason. My Dream Weaver wasn’t the best. It tasted watered down, but somehow the hazelnut really hit hard. I couldn’t taste any white chocolate though. It was honestly a disappointment.Maybe next time I should try a different drink. Their lemonades look good! Hopefully those are better than what I got my first time. If I do end up going back, that is. I give two stars for the good service but the taste just isn’t there for the price you pay. Might as well just go to Starbucks or coffee bean.

What can I say, coffee here is good. Lines are almost always long but move quickly. Don't get out of your car, it's not any faster and the seating is lousy, it's meant to be a drive thru. Prices are always going up, but that's the way prices are going everywhere else too.Parking: If you park in the lot the line will block you in, park next door and it's a steep hill, so just drive thru

Service was good. We ordered drinks from their window even though everyone else was using the drive thru. I got a golden eagle and hazelnut mocha at 50 percent sweet. Mocha was not bad. Golden eagle had too much milk in it.I still prefer sbux, peets.
