They are not open on Christmas day even though their Google listing states otherwise. It's incredibly simple to update this. Do better.

We were trying to call the restaurant but it keeps going to a voicemail thats full. For order CHK 8910 picked up at 1827 august 20,2025 by doordash - driver Brooklyn, the FLan MP was missing, its either the store forgot it or the driver got hungry and ate it.

After a not so great visit from another El Pollo Loco I came to the one here in Yucaipa tonight. I came around 9 p.m. to pick up my order I had placed on the app. Even though they were busy I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. I was impressed right away with that and also the restaurant was clean both in the dining area and back in the prep area where they were putting together the orders! Food was very good and presented well
The only Rl Pollo Loco without a kiosk which was GREAT!! Took less than 2 minutes to order for 2 people. The workers were nice and the restaurant was clean.

They had this chemical or substance hanging directly over the opened food ( specifically in this case the rice and beans ) so disappointing...

I went in around 10:³⁹ a.m. and was immediately disgusted to see right in the middle of plain sight, their was a chemical or substance in a spray bottle hanging right over all these open food items ( beans and rice specifically) and no one seemed to care. I took a pic of it.
