I won’t waste my money here again! The chicken pieces from the 3 piece meal were tiny, overcooked, and dry, and the chips were stale. So gross! The chicken bowl should be renamed “rice & bean bowl” as it had very little chicken; just a few pieces on top to make it look like there was plenty. I was so disappointed because I went out of my way to eat here and chose this location over Beaumont… huge mistake! Next time I’ll just go to Stater Bros and buy a cooked rotisserie chicken.

This pollo loco was a great place , but now every time I get their meal the chicken is old, hard and dehydrated like it’s been sitting all day long, cmon when this place opened it was great, fresh chicken, large meals.
I was over charged by $20. And the guy at the register said prices have gone up lately. I know tht they have but not tht much l

The food is usually okay but just had rough experience in drive-thru. How does a place run out of chicken at 5:45 in the dinner rush? I don't mean I had to wait for it to cook, I mean the guy at window said they were out of everything except legs and thighs. Obviously poor management.
