This pollo loco was a great place , but now every time I get their meal the chicken is old, hard and dehydrated like it’s been sitting all day long, cmon when this place opened it was great, fresh chicken, large meals.

The food is usually okay but just had rough experience in drive-thru. How does a place run out of chicken at 5:45 in the dinner rush? I don't mean I had to wait for it to cook, I mean the guy at window said they were out of everything except legs and thighs. Obviously poor management.

So, went up there tonight.. and amazing there was no chicken. 15 minutes in line to find out there is no chicken. The drive thru guy was amazed the only thing I wanted was chicken, nothing else.

After a long day at work I stopped to order 4 meals and left the window with half my order. I know I should have checked the bag but on a cold rainy day and with no other car in site I figured they couldn't mess up since there was no rush, but I was wrong. Sadly this isn't the first time this happens at this location. So Its not all my fault for not getting my whole order since it seems the workers here don't know how to complete a drive through order. Another restaurant I wont be visiting here in town. My business is going to other towns who can complete an order.

Chicken and cheese burrito was delicious, but for what I paid, it was a little skimpy. Left me still hungry.

Still, and never any jalapeño hot sauce at this location.!.! Not sure who came up with the idea to have a Mexican style restaurant fast food place that does not carry or supply any hot sauce for the customers .!.? This is like having a burger and french fry place, and constantly not have any ketchup And continues to happen through the years? Sounds like they need a new manager. Or a new owner to supply free condiments for people So they can muster down the food

The worker's are very nice and helpful. service was good, got my food fast and quick, nice, hot and delicious, the restaurant itself was clean and tidy, would happily go back there
