Waited 20 min in drive thru line. As soon as we pulled away with food .. Realized it wasn't our order. Went back inside and they said it wasn't ready.... After 5 min, Manager found it... Brought it to car and realized they gave salad instead of wrap. Waited 3 minutes more for the wrap. $38 for this madness was not worth it

Stopped by Farmer Boys in Yucaipa for breakfast and grabbed their breakfast burrito — packed with fresh ingredients, super filling, and worth the $11 price tag. Ask for the potatoes extra crispy and you won’t be disappointed! Yum
Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. A little pricier than fast food, but you get what you pay for — quality and great portions

For the past 17 years when ever my niece has come to visit me she's so excited to go there(there's none where she lives) because she loves their food specifically the onion rings. Yesterday, when we placed our order which clearly were told the onion rings instead of fries -apparently the lady did not hear us. We paid drove the 10 minutes home and my niece was super bummed when she realized they didn't have them in the bag so I decided I would go back and get them I don't mind eating cold food for her to be happy. I had called ahead of time so they can start making them and instead of any apologies they acted like we were the ones who didn't order them because they told us they always read their orders back, which they did not. There was three of us in the car. Then I was told I would have to pay the up charge and I explained me having to drive back after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through and then not placing the order correctly the way we ordered it ,and may not being able to eat my food for an hour after my original order I didn't feel I should pay the $1.50 up charge on their mess up. I was treated with disrespect and rudeness and told that was the only option. So instead they said they would remake all our food, but I still had to pay the 1.50 for all the inconvenience . They threw away $30.00 worth of food and made us wait again as they remade it. I didn't get her name but the girl with the blue hair who originally took our order wrong was giving annoyed looks and eyerolls while the other girl was replacing our order. We didn't get to eat our food for an hour and 20 minutes after we originally ordered it. so that will be my last time attending Farmer Boys in Yucaipa! Raising Cane's and In-N-Out from now on .. I just wish they had onion rings..

Farmer Boys never disappoints! Every time I stop by, the food is fresh, flavorful, and made to order.
