This location doesn’t really give you a lot of fries. I ordered the large to share with three people since they usually give you a bunch extra on the bag which is expected for $10 for the large fries but when i got the bag i was very disappointed to see only a small portion of fries in there.

Why order ahead? The order said it was ready at 618 and it’s 645 and I still don’t have my food. Additionally why do they charge restaurant prices with subpar service? 55$ for 3 cheeseburger meals and a hot dog. Sorry never again.

Ordered 2 burgers and paid for 2 extra patties with cheese on the side. When I ordered, the employee even said, “I’ll let them know to put cheese on the patties.” This is how I always order it.
Then after we sat down waiting for our food, the employee comes over and says, “I charged you wrong — you can’t get patties with cheese unless you buy a whole burger.” I was so confused that he would come up to us after the fact, after we already ordered…… finally I said, “Fine, just don’t put cheese on my burger and put it on the two on the side for the kids.”
In the end, they took the cheese off my burger and put cheese on the kids’ patties, when they should’ve just left the order the way it was in the first place and said next time we will have to charge you different….. If the cashier had said when I ordered, “Hey, cheese is extra,” that would’ve been totally fine — but to come up after the fact and try to charge me for a whole $11 burger just to get a slice of cheese is wild.
I paid $2.49 for one plain patty, while In-N-Out only charges $1.30 for a patty and $0.50 for adding cheese — and this manager still refused to make it right. This is the only Five Guys that has treated me this way — every other location lets me order patties with cheese without an issue and every other restaurant, fast food spot does too!
Terrible customer service and zero common sense. If I were the owner of this location I would be so disappointed in my managers lack of common sense and costumer service.

Nice little spot in the shopping center. Good amount of seating for the size .. very clean inside.. the customer service was excellent. Nice and helpful staff .. food was good, and the turnaround was fast . A nice five guys location .

I get that costs are high, but the prices here are insane. There fries aren't bad, but they give you way more than you need. Burger was OK. I can think of many places for the same price that have higher quality food. Workers were good, though. Just don't think the taste was worth the price,
