I read mixed reviews on the internet but I gave it a shot. It was ok but I had really hoped I would have been blown away. Why do all restaurants insist on using styrofoam take out containers? It makes a dish like Orange Chicken or Sweet and Sour Pork become spongey and blah tasting.

Food was just average. Take out should not be put in Styrofoam, by the time it made the 10 min drive home the food was soggy. My quest to find great Chinese food in the area still continues.

I had the "Chow Mien Combination" plate on 3/24 at about 6:30 PM having nothing to eat prior or after, and 15 hours later I was extremely sick from the bad food. The dish contained beef, chicken, and shrimp so it could have been either of these ingredients that were not properly cooked or kept fresh. I WOULD NOT recommend this place

Hands down my favorite Chinese place. We ordered cheese wontons, spicy chicken curry, orange chicken and spring rolls. And holy s**** Wontons were fresh, delicate and high quality. You can always tell the difference by how they make their wontons. It's the little details and I can't believe how much I love this place! Lol. Hubby loved the curry. Well Developed flavors. We got a ton of food. This is my go to Chinese place from here on out. Thank you guys!

I feel a little sorry for this place as it seems tucked away in a strip mall. When I went in, no one else was there except 3 workers preping food and utensils. It is inexpensive and ok... Just ok. I ordered General's chicken and cheese wantons. The wantons seemed like they were more dumplings than what I usually think of for cheese wantons but all-in-all, the food was.... acceptable. The workers seemed really nice and I sort of hope they stay in business though their food is... mediocre. If I was on a strict budget and no other place was open, I might try again.

I can't believe I've lived right behind this place for some time and never checked it out. Absolutely amazing food, everything tastes fresh and original, not your normal combo a, b, c, type of place. I love how secret and hidden it is, makes you feel special for knowing about it, definitely a hidden Gem

In town for a wedding and the family was craving Chinese so we went to the highest rated on google. No wonder Gold Dragon is so highly rated! Their food is absolute gold! The place is the definition of hole in the wall. But don't let it's unassuming appearance fool you. This little place tucked in a corner has great prices and lots of family options. I ordered their lunch special with orange chicken, an appetizer of egg drop soup and cheese wontons. Service was fast. Everything came out PIPING HOT! No need for their house made soy sauce: As good as it is the food is plenty flavorful. I could just eat the fried rice and be happy. Not too salty but not bland. Of course the portions are wonderfully big so I took home plenty for my late night movie meal. I definitely will be back and I highly recommend!

This is the best place to eat in Yucaipa, hands down. The food is always very fresh, and the owners are the kindest people. They always remember repeat customers, and make great suggestions. The spicy tofu is the best I've ever eaten, and I can't recommend it enough.

Whomever called this a "hidden gem" wasn't joking. It's literally hidden in corner of a shopping plaza. No frills, just the entree and white rice. Very fresh ingredients. Probably the best egg foo yung I've ever had. Very good - will be back!

Me and my husband came here for lunch from a fb suggestion. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. Everything we got was tasty and cooked fresh. Definitely found our new go to place! Server was sweet and suggested things for our next visit. This place is a hidden gem!

Me and my hubby first time coming to this place food is very good. Good portions but the reason I give 3stars is the service was bad. She took our odere but never came back to see if we were ok or if we needed anything else. She was very dry. Other then that everything was good.
