Hickory Ranch Steakhouse

Food was served after several others were served that had came and ordered after I had ordered and then when I did get my order it was cold
Waiter offered new potatoes I said I could live with it. Until I realized green beans were very cold and steak was Luke warm.
This was a expensive meal.
I have been here several times .
But I was really disappointed with what I was served today.
Server only charged me for drink it was not his fault.
But I guess they need more control in the kitchen Im not sure.
Very disappointed. I had tried to go several times this last couple of weeks but was full and waiting list was a couple of hours one day so I was excited about being there.
So disappointed.

Waiters were so nice! They asked me if I wanted a replacement when I didn't like my soup

We LOVE this place. Everything there is fantastic. The Philly cheesesteak with a side of aus jus is the best I’ve ever had. The service is always great too. Finish your meal with the peanut butter cookie Sunday. Thank me later.

Really good food great atmosphere and great cocktails we are not from here visiting from Canada but we loved it all the server was outstanding as well very attentive and patient we went out with our friends

Went here for hubby's early 50th celeb as his birthday is on the 7th. Just a normal night. We love the booth where we got sat. Food came too long and cold. Hubby didn't wanna return his as it will take awhile to have another one. Have to return mine to reheat it again. Server offered a dessert but since we're full, we have to decline. Book with open table and I put it was for a birthday, I have to ask for a birthday dessert for him. It should be offered. Feels that it was not a good experience for him at all. Nothing came out so special about this visit. We came here often but It's a tacky 50th bday night experience.

As always, great food, great service. The beef Wellington was amazing, first time trying it. Our server Tim was friendly and knowledgeable.

Rustic interior, great atmosphere. Sirvace was very good,
Would highly recommend this then probably recommend getting or having a reservation although I do believe they take walk- ins are available. The food is very good. Definitely had to get it to go box.

A visit to Hickory Ranch has always been a pleasurable dining experience - attentive and friendly service, comfortable seating and surroundings, prompt food and drink that has always been ample servings, extremely well prepared and delicious. Wholeheartedly recommended for a night out or just a great dinner.

We had eaten at Hickory Ranch years ago, but we never went back because we weren't particularly impressed with the restaurant. However, we were looking for a nice place to go before attending a show at YPAC, and the reviews were so good that we made reservations and loved it! They seated us right away (glad we had reservations), and our dining experience was superb! Keep up the good work HR!!!

Food and service was fantastic. The exhaust fan was having an issue catching up so it was very smokey. But food was fantastic.

After attending a funeral, a group of about nine gentlemen came in to have dinner, and Hickory Ranch could not have provided a better experience.

From the moment we sat down, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and warmth. The food was absolutely outstanding—every steak was cooked to perfection, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. Not a single plate missed the mark.

Our server, Tim, was spot on all night. Drinks never went empty, timing was perfect, and he was attentive without being overbearing. In a moment where we just needed a good meal and good company, the service truly stood out.

Everything from start to finish was flawless. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and an atmosphere that made a difficult day a little easier. We are genuinely grateful and will absolutely be back.
