Pink burgers. Won’t be coming to this location again. The staff is friendly, but burgers have been pink and undercooked for the past 6 months. Even after asking for them “well done” I get home and burgers are still pink.

Burgers are the best but...Drive thru and parking a nightmare. They knew the popularity and business capacity needed as a new in n out, they should have built a better facility. Not like these were unknowns

The prices went up again. The service amd quality of food is excellent dispite the prices. This place is pretty fast and friendly and still affordable. Every worker i have encountered are awesome!!!

Excellent prices, staff took care of my order promptly, bathrooms were clean, friendly people took my order, and made sure i got my order as soon as it was ready.

45 MINUTE WAIT FOR 1 BURGER THAT THEY MADE WRONG‼️‼️‼️
Food is mediocre at best, and I just waited 45 minutes for 1 double double.
I understand going in order of what can be done quickest and I understand going in numerical order. I had an order of one burger, so my order was very convenient. They called numbers that were 10+ over mine 15 minutes before I got my one burger.
I only got it because I asked them why it took 45 minutes for one burger.
The staff that were supposed to be working were standing around chatting with their coworkers that were on break, which I'm sure didn't help.
I have had some very bad experiences here before, but this is the worst.
