I ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches. The menu said 3.69/sandwich. No one helped me at the counter, so I used the SCO kiosk. The sandwiches weren't pictured so it took me about 10 minutes before I found them.
They came up at 3.99.
After multiple attempts of finding the breakfast sandwich for 3.69, a cashier asked if I needed help.
She rang me up for the 5 breakfast sandwiches and I pointed out the menu at 3.69 /sandwich and the register saying 3.99
She said, "oh we need to change that."
I stated, "well, the price should be honored as advertised."
She said, "I don't know how to do that."
I paid for it anyway, but the whole combination of broken SCO graphic, price not matching up, etc was annoying.

We were excited about the newly opened updated location, understanding it takes time to settle in, I've been patient with minor mishaps. Before closing they were fine, now, they just can't get it right! They are very slow! I sat almost 45 minutes stuck in the drive-thru last time. Never less than 25 minutes and I dont come at peak times. Due to convenience, this is probably my 6 or 7th time here. One visit I asked for a ranch chicken wrap, she kept correcting me for a cesar wrap and thats not what I wanted. I walked in and the other girl swapped it without questioning. Today, my tacos were so burnt and crispy they weren't even edible. We come thru the drive-thru each time and not once have I had a friendly voice take our order.

The other jack in the box beginning of the blvd is FAR FAR worse than this location so it is what it is but it's def not good!

I recently visited Jack in the Box, and it was a huge letdown. The burger was dry and flavorless, the fries tasted like they had been sitting there for three days, and the stuffed jalapeños were clearly old. To top it off, the tacos were absolutely terrible. Overall, it was a waste of money, and I definitely won’t be coming anymore

They still aren't putting the cherry on top of their Oreo cookie shakes.
It was my 1st time back to visit the new JitB.
Some things don't change. But since Jack has lots of competition from other Jacks nearby, it's not such a big deal anymore.

Omg!!! This is the 2nd time at this location. Horrible service. It took 20 minutes for 2 jumbo jacks, and nobody was even in the restaurant let alone the drive through. I'm done at this location. Poor poor service/waiting time.

I don't know when it got open but I remember is it been a a few days later it has been open and I went to the restaurant to buy a burger cheeseburger but then I look at it it looks kind of burned and it's small and I assume it's because whoever cooked it wasn't paying attention and also the lines every time I go is always under 20 minutes basically long time if you are trying to go somewhere that restaurant is not worth your time in that location even the OWNER could say something this process may continue still of the lack of professionals in the Jack in the box business even at the owner could apologize every time but it doesn't matter! Because it will continue the process by different issues not just like mine!

The food was cold and wasn't even what I ordered. When I called the person said "I don't know what to tell you I'm on a break" very unprofessional and rude! Will not be going back to this jack in the box and will br filing a corporate complaint!

They give me the wrong order at the drive-thru, took way too long, and when I went to get it fixed, they never gave me my order. I never received my food, so I asked for my money back and left. Terrible service, very bad experience.

Mobile ordered and made me wait outside for 20 minutes. I went inside to pick up my order since they parked me and for this long to discover they forgot half of my order, then when I come back I hear them saying “I don’t know why they’re saying that I know for sure I put it in the bag.” When it for sure was not. Seems since the rebuild it went downhill, the food was also cold and I’ve been waiting for another 25 minutes for the stuff they forgot. They also do not answer the phone and complained that it was an hour later I came back despite me calling 5 times.
