I really want to appreciate this business being torn down & rebuilt better. Sadly I have now been thru the drive thru half a dozen times. First visit, what is taking them so long, there's two cars including mine. 2nd - 5th time, same. Now with just myself in line when I pulled up, I was told to park & wait, another car was told the same when they went thru & parked next to me. Waited 12 mins total to get eggrolls & a jr cheeseburger. The drive thru & parking & employees were all better than this new rebuild. Looks like this issue has improved. I've gotten thru in a normal amount of time. Food is good as well, upgrading to 4****. Thank you 👍

I didn't normally eat inside this Jackin the Box Restaurants but ever since this one has been redone I like to eat here it's normally quiet and there's not as many people people hanging out in here as they're normally was.

This team at this location Are horrible at customer service, especially in the drive thru!! They always, no matter the time, no matter if I am the only one in the drive thru take a LONG time. Service is slow, extremely slow. The slow service has not change! Someone do something about it. If you come late at night the crew there look miserable! For a brand new remodel location it's a disappointment!

The service this time was unpleasant through the self-service, making me annoyed when serving at 10:00. Supposedly it is a 24-hour service, what is the point if they are going to treat me badly when using a service?

Dirty place. No toilet paper or seat covers in bathroom. They don't use the sanitization buckets. Leaving coffee milk product out for WAY to long. They dont understand cooling times, telling me they have 6 hours to cool it outside the fridge. That will definitely make people sick. They served five drive thru orders before my foodmwas even started. They were out of multiple menu items. Broken front door. Dirty dining room floor, windows and tables. I was ignored at the cash register for almost five minutes while asking for help. They all had headsets on and couldn't hear me. One guy heard me, looked at me then walked away. The independent owners (not a franchise) need to hire better managers!
I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered a meal at the wrong location. By the time I made it to this location my food was cold. I kindly asked the staff member to remake the food. He immediately gave me attitude and threw a fit like a child. I asked to speak to the manager, she didn’t come to defuse the situation because she was too busy taking her break. He was very aggressive and shoved a bag of food at me. I will never go here again after this altercation. If I could give 0 star I would. They take long to make the food! Every time I go I wait at least 40 minutes in the drive thru.

That over night driver thu employee has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen on anybody I’m sorry if you had a busy day or something but there’s no need to slam the window in my face and give me an attitude just because you ran out of sauce, that you told me was in stock.
