My order is wrong and cold every time. And every single time in the drive thru, they make you park and wait 10+ minutes for them to walk your food out even when there’s no one else in line.

Ordered food from the app and this was our first time ordering from this location because usually we go to the one in Calimesa, and well I regret it big time, the tacos and churros were deep fried in oil that they didn’t change out, I can already imagine (since I’ve worked in fast food before) the oil was probably almost black and the fries were horrible ? for this place being fairly new it’s not somewhere we are coming back either..At this point they need to replace the employees there because the way our order was made is just disappointing

I ordered breakfast through drive through. Customer service was great! Although it was good and hot, I do think my breakfast burrito could have bigger, for the price of an $8.99 combo. I do like that Jack in the Box serves breakfast all day.

I got 2 tacos and a Dr pepper no ice gave me the drink with ice at drive thru informed the dude at the window that I ask for no ice this dude didn't even take the ice out or anything and gave it back with ice tried to call and speak with management and goes to voicemail what type of customer service is that

They forgot the bacon and the syrup on my to go order and napkins even though I asked for them on line. I guess they don't know how to read? I picked up my order inside. The place had no customers inside. The trash was over filling and water leaks on the floor. They don't even bother to clean it up. I told them about it but they didn't care. Since this location doesn't care about customer service or how clean or dirty the place is. We won't bother coming back. There are other Jack in the box to go to. If they were nice and hard working then I wouldn't have anything bad to say. This location has lazy employees. Food prices are so high these days and the employees earn $20 an hour. Customers should be treated better and the place should be spotless. Stop hiring people who are not hard working. They should have great customer service. That's their job. If they don't do it, they should get fired! I'll go to corporate and report this Jack in the box on Yucaipa!

We came in about 7:30 pm today and was very excited to try their wings which was posted in their drive-thru. After my boyfriend ordered, i noticed that the menu wasn't the same as the drive thru so I asked " do you still have the wings?" The lady who seemed to be the Manager instead of saying it politely flat out and rudely said " no." Taken a bit back I ordered something else. But coming home hours later me and my boyfriend are having stomach cramps and feeling ill. Genuinely think she did something to it due to the fact she along with all her staff kept flashing dirty looks at us and making sure to notice their eye rolls and giggling...

This is one of the worst jack in the box I have ever been. I ordered a chicken hamburger the bread was old and the chicken had a really bad flavor. The stuff jalapeños felt like it was chewing on rubber. This is the 3rd time this place disappoints me. Please people stay away from this jack in the box !!!
They can never seem to put the right items in mobile orders… i dont know if they dont pay attention or if they dont care but i would reccomend to just go somewhere else
