The staff is always friendly, even when some customers aren’t. I pop in regularly and I don’t think that I have ever had a bad sandwich or experience. I wish they sold Dr Pepper, but that’s my only gripe.

Staff is always exceptional however today Lilah and Jocylrn really outshined. I had to call in my order on the run because my phone wasn’t loading. Thank you for taking care of me! This is by far the BEST location. So lucky to get to lunch here! Always yummy, friendly, clean, and great!

The staff here was incredible. I have a temporary sensitivity to foods and had a particularly picky order. Delilah was so accommodating and patient. The food was so fresh!
I also noticed how CLEAN they are! They are constantly wiping things down, changing gloves and washing hands. I definitely feel very safe eating here and would absolutely be coming back

My wife and I used to come here all the time as part of our mid week lunches. They had a great deal with the community cards that support our high school student-athletes. Their exorbitant prices kept rising, but the community card discount kept the sandwiches reasonably priced. However, now they are refusing to support our local high school (a one high school town) by refusing to participate in the high school sports community cards that they have always been a part of. We are no longer willing to give our money to a company who refuses to support our local high school and student athletes and retains their insane sandwich prices. With other lunch shops supporting the local community and directly helping out our student-athletes, we will be switching our weekly Jersey Mike’s Subs visits to the other stores in Yucaipa still on the community card.

I just came here to order food and waited quite a while. I ordered my sandwich and when I went to pay I pulled out my gift card and gave it to the lady. When she swiped it she said it wasn’t working. Then she tried it again and then she told me it still wasn’t working. I of course left because I wasn’t not going to pay when I had a gift card. I went to a differed Jersey Mike’s in Redlands and it worked just fine. I think the lady just wanted me to pay cash and not use my gift card which to me is very dishonest. I will never come to this location again as I do not support dishonesty.
