Pizza chalet is an awesome atmosphere and great food and great service, it is a 10 star for me. I will be going again. The only thing I would really like to see though is different desserts like ice cream fruit anything you can add as far as desserts are Concerned other than that top-notch. I love the food there and the atmosphere.
I do not recommend this place at all. Their "team pizza" vouchers are a joke. They're almost impossible to get a party scheduled & their system doesn't notify you if they "decline" your request. The manager is rude & the booking "manager" doesn't call you back. I have notified the Yucaipa Community Center to not give out any of their vouchers in the future. Our 2 teams are pretty disappointed!
I ordered for delivery for the make your own pizza. I didn’t receive the directions so I have no idea what temp and how long to make it or what I should place it on. I tried calling the phone number and it’s not going through. I’m not happy at all!
