I placed an online order and came to pick it up, only to be told that my food was already taken by someone else. The staff didn’t seem to care at all — they refused to remake the order and wouldn’t help with a refund. They basically just said “oh well” and left me with nothing. Extremely rude and unhelpful. This location is very poorly managed and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. I’ll never be coming back here again. I’ll also be contacting the manager to report the worker involved. DONT COME HERE! We did an online order our food was given away. They had us wait and argue that we needed to move. We order a family dinner, and when got to the window they asked us to pay, and to get old turnovers or wait 5 mins for fresh turnovers. She gave away our food $40 to 2 turnovers. If you want free food go to this KFC! We couldn’t get it refunded because on the app it looks like we got our food! We came here because Banning is worst than this but at least the employees care.

I ordered a 4 piece meal and I only got 3 pieces and the chicken wasn't hot. Won't go back there again.
The chicken was overcooked and dry, and not to mention, they gave us a whole bucket that had been sitting there ALLLL day!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING, since we usually visit this location over the others because they are usually better than this, not this time.
