They never answer their phones. Haven't in over 2 years and when notified in person they always act surprised and say they'll take care of it

It was okay. Not the best but not the worst. Waitress was messing up alot. Fries were burnt. Meat was super fatty.

We come here often on date nights. The food is always great here. The service has always been friendly. The atmosphere is always light and fun here. Most everyone that we have met here has always been fun to bump elbows with at the bar. They have a great whiskey selection . (I'm a big Blantons fan.) They also have Red Breast 27 year on the shelf too. It's nice to get a cigar from the cigar shop and sip on a good whiskey on the patio outside and people watch.

We never received service. I had told the server they need to send someone to clean THE ONLY functioning restroom they had (the other one had a broken lock, it looked like someone kicked in the door). The look on her face was of anger and utter disdain. I attempted to apologize to her but she never came back. We waited approximately 20 minutes. Since it was obvious the server was ignoring us and never coming back, I went to the bartender whom the server had a conversation with immediately after her interaction with me and asked the bartender to please extend my apologies to the server for offending her, then we left.

Went there today Saturday 10/19 /24 took my 13 year old to get steak as the waiter took our Oder I asked for a micholobe ultra said they did no have any so as we proceeded to order my daughter asked for a New York steak said they were out so we asked for ribeye steak he said that’s very expensive I said That’s fine so then he went to the back for 2 to 3 minutes came back and said all we have is Tito I said well will take that as we wait another party came in and I heard them ordering micholobe ultra after serving them I called him over and said I thought you were all out he said oh I did not see that we have more now we get our food and my daughter ask for steak sauce he brings a bottle over and as my daughter try to pour it out it is empty so we ask for another one and he brings another that is also empty finally bring a 3 rd one and says this is all we have this is the closest thing I’ve ever experienced to racism in Yucaipa I love this town but I will never go back to kuddles again across the street is rebels burger better service and food

Loaded potato was really good with tri tip on top of potato and it was not dried out. It was delicious. We went right at opening and were the first customers both times we went in September 2024.

We hadn’t been here in a while because of the service. We went on a Wednesday night, place was fairly busy and had the best service by Onie!! She was on it all night long and also waiting on a bunch more tables. We will continue to go back because I had such a good experience with the service.

Wheelchair accessibility: It would be very accessible. No stairs.

I called this place at least 30 X and they never answered. So, I drove there to order my take-out. There wasn’t a single person in there. I told waitress, why didn’t you answer the phone she didn’t even know where the phone was. Then my order took 40 min to prepare, and they shorted me an au jusI will never go back!!

1st time gone , got take out. Ordered for 4 people, everyone's oder was what we asked , my dinner was super small and forgot my au-jus , didn't add the stuff I asked for and the sandwich was the size of a slider! Bartender was super nice as well as the other waitress
