Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered on line two hours before pick up. Went to pick up my order and it was ready, literally waited 50 minutes in store with approximately 10-12 other customers also waiting before I walked out empty handed. Does the manager review these terrible reviews or they just don’t care. I actually fell bad for employees they look over worked.

This is terrible. “Hot and ready…” to disappoint!!! Ordered on the app. Said ready at 2:40. Rolled in at 2:38 ready to wait a little bit. 40 minutes later it was done. Wouldn’t have waited if I didn’t already pay.

They either need to figure out the app and accurate times, or figure out how to handle a rush.

Worst place ever.. They take to long . Their was about 11 of us waiting on our order, they have alot of employees in the back and no one is in the front to help anyone out

Pizza undercooked, dough was still raw in the center of the pizza. Completely understaffed. They had 2 people working and 14 people waiting. Either needed to call in other workers to help or stop taking online orders. Waited over an hour after the time it suppose to be ready. Definitely not worth the waiting time to save a little money. Will not be returning

$5 Hot and Ready? Yea remember that? Yea it’s more like $7.50 wait 10 minutes to order and wait 25 minutes for your order to be ready. Bro corporate please fix this place. I would give 0 stars but it only lets me leave 1.

I don't know what happened to little Ceasars but the customer service has been terrible ever sense the loves to this location. I was there last week for my order . Walked in to pick it up and there was 4 other people waiting for there order. Usually it is in the locked cases on the side this time It wasn't. Like they were telling us the order was ready when really it wasn't. Anyways we all stood there for 20 min no one even looked at us. Some guy came in to clock in and didn't even look at anyone to help us but turned and started talking to one of the employees laughing about something and continued working . There was 4 people totally working at this time . I had to leave cause it was taking so long and had to send someone else to try and pick up my order. Management definitely needs to change something here. Cause there is no organization to this place at all.

Poorly ran store. Order wasn't even started for over an hour. Go literally anywhere else, 7-11 has better and faster pizza than this joke of a place.

Please, let this location close or get new management. Every. Single. Time. Something has to go wrong at this location in particular. Today was the last straw, they were all out of shredded cheese and had to use their stuffed crust cheese in place. Would've been nice if they had been notifying customers that this issue was present. However, even when I arrive to pick up my pizza, not a single word of this issue is mentioned. Not until I get home and see this abysmal excuse for a pizza. The effort at this location always sets the bar low and somehow it keeps getting lower. Never again.

We came in tonight at 6:30pm to get a couple pizzas. There were 6 other people waiting. We were there for approximately 15 minutes and not one time did anyone acknowledge any of the customers waiting to order. One girl came up and gave a doordasher his order and ignored the rest of the lobby. We ended up leaving and so did 2 other customers. I understand it being a busy night but ignoring the lobby is very rude. This was the last time we will be going there.

Went to place an order- first person told me 15 minutes- after I paid- a second employee told me 30 minutes- the store is completely empty with 4 staff members- and not a single hot and ready pizza was ready to go- completely unacceptable level of service.

You have to watch them and check your pizza before you leave because they will give you the pizza that has been sitting there for hours. Check to make sure your pizza is fresh!!

How do you have only 2 people working during the World Series and have orders coming out 45 minutes past the pickup time?

Would leave no stars if possible, lady up front rude to little boy trying to pickup pizza for baseball team, guy with brown hair and frosted tips had no gloves or hair net on while touching everyone's food, had to call into work because of food poisoning!!

Honestly have never eaten here. It's a rainy day, its late an hour before you close. Employees are trash. Whoever owns this dominos needs to get a new crew the employees don't have any care for the business. They are gonna cause your store to close because a loss of customer base. If you want a pizza go support any of the other pizza places up here im sure they will have better service than here. Yucaipa is a place that supports small businesses.
