It's sad to watch such a nice place go down the drain. My kids love to play here, but are oblivious to the dangers from lacking maintenance. My previous trip out a kid had puked all through out the covered area and the staff were completely unaware until my wife had started cautioning people to avoid the areas while they wiped down with paper towels.Now this time I found a step hanging loose with 2 1/2" screws sticking out. Again, staff were unaware and I had to help direct traffic away from the area.Just disappointing.

Really bad service. People is racist in this place, they have no food service when it's an event, and they don't accept people with disabilities, so sad for a place that supposed to be for everybody!!!!

Kids have a blast there, but customers service sucks. Won't be back to this location, my daughters party was horrible. Couldn't afford the party packages, so we decided to just have family and friends show up. They closed the kitchen when the party rooms started ordering food. Didn't open back up till after the rooms closed down, which was 2 hours later. I wasn't told this information so only half my group was fed. Awful experience

We went for the first time recently. My kids really liked and had a blast. My 12year old enjoyed it as well, but definitely better suited for younger kids. We had pizza which was really good. The seating area is kinda small. Not many tables. So it's good to get there early to get a spot.

We went to it today! My son had lot of fun! But some not working seem like broke like gun ball shooting won’t shoot at all and some old place floor little tear. I wish all would be working good.
My kids used to love this place. We would attend frequently and they would beg to go back. We just got home from a play date from here and we're are very disappointed with the functionality of it. Most things were broken- the guns don't work, the light up steps were off, the swing on the track is broken, elastic pieces stretched out and unusable. Step pads were deflated and things poking out of them. Also, CO2 detectors were beeping. What in the heck happened?!? Bring back the cool place that was worth paying for.

Today I took my kids to this location for my daughters 3rd birthday. We arrived at noon and the girl at the counter let us know that they were fixing the ball pit side wall but everything else was fine to use. So we purchased our tickets and they just had the section they were working on caution tapped off. No big deal and we were the only ones there because kids are in school right now. After playing for about 20mins we heard a leaf blower start up and we saw one of the guys walking around the whole bottom level of the playground blowing all of the balls back towards the ball pit. (If you have been to this location in the passed year you know it needs to be dusted. Lots of dust has settled all over the equipment the employees can't get too.) There was dust flying everywhere to where I could see huge chunks in the air. I immediately told the worker that I would like a pass to return when they weren't using a leaf blower inside because the air quality was horrible and she refused and said I was told they would be doing construction. I told her there is a difference between fixing a wall and blowing dust all over. She called someone named Sam,who was actually doing the work, and he said he would only allow me a pass for one kid. At that point I could tell they didn't care and it wasn't going anywhere so I said we would not return again. Not a business I want to support anymore.

Great idea, the staff was very friendly and patient. Surprisingly the Pizza was actually good. The facility itself needs a good deep cleaning and maintenance. The bathrooms are in need of attention, yuck. The ball pit has lots of trash and pieces of debris in it. Due to the fact that my little ones loved it, may return again. But definitely looking for an alternative option for an indoor playground.
