They take way to long to make orders most of the time the workers are just messing around in kitchen ignoring customers I picked up an order that I was lied to told wasn’t ready as I stared at it for 30 mins and it sat on the counter. And finally someone gave it to me

I placed a mobile order at 12:50pm, arrived at the location at 1pm......after about 5+ mins of waiting at the counter i finally got an employee to actually acknowledge me. After waiting another 20 mins of the waiting the manager finally emerged to perform a refund for another customer who was also waiting way too long. Once she was done I had to stop her from walking away, I also requested a refund but she said she'd get my order immidiatly. She did and I Didn't leave the restaurant with my order until after 1:30!! Got home and the order was INCOMPLETE. I experienced a similar situation a few days earlier at a different restaurant. I'm done with McDonald's! Will not be returning ever!!

Slow. Long line..disappointed. Last time we tried the McRib We were impressed we liked it! We had it at the Redlands location. Thought we would try it again. Mistake!! We went to the yucaipa location. Luke warm, and looked like it was c literally thrown together. Won't do that again. At least not at the yucaipa location. Sorry to have to give such a poor report.

So sad to have to write this but I am left with no choice. After another location failing me and my family we decided to go to this location. When we got there very few people were inside and in drive thru. We placed our order at 4:45pm and made sure to put no lettuce and onion on my burger as I'm allergic to lettuce. Well we sat there for about an hour for 4 adult grinch happy meals (which is way too long for fast food) and then when we got home (we drove from out of town for this) we found out they put lettuce on my burger. I tried calling the location multiple times only to be hung up on. I will be following up with corporate at this time because it seems multiple McDonald's have failed my family this week in many ways where I do not think I will be spending my money at McDonald's anymore especially with this type of stuff going on.

I wanted to give this store another chance, this time I ordered through the app. I arrived at the store and waited 50 minutes in my car, and then I had to go inside to see what was happening with my order. Another 10 minutes of waiting, and one of the four boxes was missing. I waited another 5 minutes for it. More than an hour of waiting for our food, and it was cold.

40 min for food, let it sit and get cold till I asked for it cuz it was just sitting there, Then the ice cream machine quite working, took an hr to eat at McDonald's, the calimesa is a better experience every time
The food is good, u have to remember in any fast food restaurant drive thru comes first, so if u choose to eat inside it's going to take a little longer 😉. So relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
