40 min for food, let it sit and get cold till I asked for it cuz it was just sitting there, Then the ice cream machine quite working, took an hr to eat at McDonald's, the calimesa is a better experience every time

Has a Playground / Playplace! It’s really big and fun. And I like that the exits are away from the play ground so it’s easier to watch your kids! There’s a car, robot, two slides and tower to climb.

Workers look miserable and not in the mood to be there or put up with customer service. I say it has to do with management not being involved with proper training or they probably treat employees poorly. Employees always reflect of management

Went through the drive thru got my food asked for extra sauce and the guy at the window rolled his eyes at me. So rude! Secondly got home which is only a 2 min drive home and the fries and nuggets were cold and old! Thirdly they forgot my my Big Mac and when I tried calling I just get the dial tone! I called about 40 times and nothing!
