This is one of the better mcdonalds I have visited in the past few years. The staff has always been very friendly here, and the food seems to be fairly fresh for fast food. Overall, I don't like mcdonald's, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

This is our go-to McDonald’s and generally speaking, the food is good. But I’m leaving this review today because the steak bagel breakfast sandwich was given to us with a ROCK HARD bagel. Not only that, but we had to pull out of the drive thru to wait for it and that’s the quality you provide? There is no way the employee who wrapped that up didn’t feel how hard the bagel was. Truly unacceptable.

Surprisingly, they had someone at the register taking orders and assisting customers with orders instead of using the kiosk. I hate the kiosk, and so many people touch the screen. I feel like I don't want to waste my time learning the kiosk. Time is precious, especially when you're with children. Not everyone can use the kiosk because of age, bad vision, or other disabilities. This is why drive-through is packed. It was nice to see the employees helping customers.
