Oak Glen Steak House & Saloon

This place is a must. It gets better and better every time we come. Staff is so friendly. The hostess is the sweetest. We love OGSH.

1st time there and we loved it. The staff was great and attentive and the views were awesome 👌. You can sit in side or out and you will love the views. 😀 The food and drinks 🍸 😋 are really good. If you are in the area make sure you stop at Oak Glen Steak House you won't regret it. The price is not bad at all.

Despite making a reservation on Open Table, the Oak Glen Steak House did not have a reservation for us. The hostess did not try to find us a table, she simply said we could sit at the bar. It was our anniversary and we did not want to hang out in a bar. I don't know who screwed up our reservation but we will not be using Open Table or going to the Oak Glen Steak House again.

I am posting one star on all categories because I can’t give a zero. Will not go again.

Oak Glen Steakhouse is simply outstanding. Every visit reminds us why this gem stands apart — the consistency, the care, and the quality are unmatched. The steaks are always cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. Every side dish complements the meal beautifully, and the desserts are a must-have finale. Whether it's a date night or a family dinner, it's always an experience worth savoring.

The food was good we had the salmon with the ginger sauce however the lemon orzo had some of the pieces must have been stuck to the bottom of the pan and were too crunchy. We had the apple pie and the seasonal cookie they were good. The service was extremely slow we were there over 2 hours.....The servers were nice just not on it.... A decent meal but I won't be rushing back.

Last week we had our friends and family over for lunch: Oak Glen Steak House was wonderful! They fully accommodated all of us and over 20 people unanimously came back that they all had amazing food and service: thank you so much for everything you all did to make us have a great day!

The hostess was nice. The waitress nice and helpful. The food and cook should be fired. We ordered green beans for the table and it came on one person's plate and not a dish for the table at all even though we asked ahead of time and we were told it would be on a separate dish by the waitress and she even showed us with her hands how big the dish would be. Didn't happen. Then I told them about my fear of ordering prime rib or a steak because I seldom ever get it simply cooked medium. I don't want bloody raw meat or dried up shoe leather well done. I want it med. So, I was told to order the tri tip. It would be safter. Nope. It was very well done, hard to cut and impossible to chew. So, then they brought some type of short rib meat which was mushy. The green beans had no flavor at all. My husband tried the tri tip and he had green beans and he said it was dreadful. The one, and only one, decent item was the baked potato. Be sure if you go and want a baked potato you go hours and hours after they open. We were there at 12:30pm, and hour and a half AFTER they opened. They told us it would be 45 min for a baked potato. They didn't have any made. Then, just like a miracle, 10 min later they were able to make a baked potato. What???? I brought the meat home for the dogs...not sure they will eat it either. We have tried this place a few times hoping we just got a bad day for them but no, it's been bad each time. Great location, bad cooks. And the 45.00 Sunday Brunch was so awful my family refused to even stay, they walked out. Very disappointing since it was our wedding anniversary that we went there to celebrate. Sad.

Honestly great food, service can be a little slow but honestly when your wings and tater totes( get them brisket, your welcome) come out pipping hot and fresh you cant be mad. They also gave a water cup to our baby without asking and the food is just amazing. 10/10 keep up the great work guys, we took some family here and theyre hooked

There's a beautiful area in the backs with walkways and fountains and a bar that they're getting set up for a wonderful Halloween costume party this Saturday night 10/18/25

This is our favorite place for a special occasion dinner. Perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth steak, seafood for those who don't eat steak, vegetables seasoned nicely, and scrumptious deserts. Plus the staff is friendly and attentive, and if you time it right you can get a gorgeous sunset. Not inexpensive but well worth the price.

Another great evening at the Steakhouse. Great happy hour prices and the food and service was amazing.

It is a great place to come and eat. We did not have a reservation so we waited for 10 minutes. They told us to go look at the Halloween decoration they had in the garden. The garden is so beautiful with a pond and fish. After, we went to check in and our table was ready. We had a kind waiter who attended us. My hubby got the New York steak with Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese. I got the honey salmon. By far the best I have tried! My little girls ordered the chicken tenders with fries. So there was a miscommunication and they didn’t give my husband the New York steak he ordered so they took it out the check. They had gave him a regular steak which he said it was still delicious. The Don margarita was delicious. They had live music. It was a great atmosphere. Loved the vibe here. Will be coming back!

So... I hope this was an off day. My son and I came here to get some lunch, it wasn't extremely busy. Maybe 2/3 full. We ordered our food and then it literally took 45 minutes to get to our table, waiter was nice and good and even helped with my order but seemed to be helping too many tables/over worked. My main issue was they allowed an animal up on the chair. Were people and kids sit... That's disgusting. And also against the health code. Whether it's a service, animal or not service animals need to sit on the floor along with pets outside... I was happy I guess to see the pet outside but they were also allowing the dog to be fed and drink from the table... Food was pretty good, although I would have liked it more if I wasn't extremely hungry and about ready to walk out after 35-40 mins.
