Today I came in and ordered a oxtail with broth to go. I got home and was upset with what I received. Extremely overcooked oxtail, not chewable and mainly all bone!!!

Ordered from door dash menu, add-on for $8.40: Big Bowl of Chicken Pho Soup (SUP GA DE RIENG) Rice noodles and shredded chicken in a clear chicken broth, typically includes bean sprouts, basil, lime, and onions. ...What was delivered was a big bowl of broth only. Called restaurant to have them fix the issue and spoke with someone (very rude) who insisted that i ordered the wrong item. I explained to him the menu description included noodles, chicken, bean sprouts and onion. He insisted that i ordered an $8 bowl of broth. Good luck if you eat here.

The couple on the counter are very humble. I did went back for a change in my order, & they offered to compromise, like with a complementary drink. I was touched because not all establishements make their customers feel valuable like that. I definitely recommend this place & I’m grateful on that day, & to them. Plus, they make the best spring rolls in town (my fave)! 🫶🏼
