How can you wait 30 minutes and your order is still wrong! Where is the beef in the beef and broccoli?? The other order was suppose to have beef and broccoli and we got mushroom chicken. Not to mention the vegetables are way under cooked… this location has the WORST management! I wait a few months hoping go it gets better and it never does!! Seriously save yourself and don’t go to this location.

The orange chicken was dry and overcooked to the point it was crunchy. I also had to go in and get my drive thru order after waiting 15+ min for them to come out when they weren’t even busy…

I placed an order online at 5:30 pm to be ready at 6:30 pm the same evening. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 pm. I did not get my food until 7:20 pm.
Also while I was there, the phone rang. 1 employee walked to the phone, looked at the caller ID and then walked away without answering. A second employee came over, looked at the phone, and also ignored it without answering.
I only came to this restaurant tonight to help support a fundraiser for my kids’ school. I won’t be going back.

I truly regret coming here. I ordered kungpao chicken at lunch time. The chicken was not cooked completely (in the raw side). I mean how hard is it to cook chicken? Disgusting!!!

I would never go there again the way they treated me and they make me wait fresh egg rolls and then they put them with the old egg rolls and expect me to eat the fresh and 10 egg rolls I give him seven times down

I don't recommend going within an hour or so of close. They stop making food at a certain point and may be out. On two different occasions I went late (withing 30-45 minutes of close) and ordered chow mein as my side. They were out and said they wouldn't make any more, so I ended up going elsewhere. The location in Redlands doesn't do this.
Otherwise it's a good location, especially for lunch. I won't go back there for dinner though.
