This is another place My family loves to get for pick up, the family special With the sandwiches and the soup and salad and šŖ is a home run. All this food is really good here. Always has been, never ate so much bread. Until you go here, you can fill up on a baguette with some butter if you're not careful, very clean restaurant. We give this place at ten out of ten

Parking: The service was a bit off. One of the employees was coming into the parking lot when I was coming in and she was behind me she drove do close to my car that I slowed way down so that if she hit me there wouldn't be much damage. Then the lady who took my order was going to slice a bagel for me so I went to fill my drink. When I came back, she was just working one one of those tall rolling carts. Then she asked me if she could take my order. I told her no and why, and it took her a while to actually get my bagel. Not only that, it cost close to $10.00 for a sm. drink and a bagel. But it was clean and there are lots of windows so it may be a nice place for lunch if you don't mind paying almost $20.00 for lunch.

when first going there they got my order wrong and gave me my sandwich cold instead of warmed. Then when going to get my replacement and an order I placed online. I sat there for 10 minutes and nobody asked me about my order or if I needed help. Since my order wasnāt in the rapid pick up rack. all the people in the back just stared and didnāt bother asking if I needed assistance with something. Very disappointed in the customer service. As someone who works in the Food service environment I was very disappointed that he couldnāt even do the bare minimum of asking a customer if they needed anything or even saying Iāll be with you in a moment.

Best panera bread in the area the redlands one always has bad soda and super slow and the SB one same thing never good soda but the Yucaipa one fast always one point with the soda and super friendly staff Ander has been there for along time and always nice to see him and say hi remembers my name and my order makes me feel like family at the Yucaipa panera bread

Riped off with their soup. Looks like they gave me a 1/4 of a can of chicken soup and added more water. I got a solid 4 spoonfuls of food.. everything else was broth ? smh!!

Frozen food used in most of the dishes, but the service was excellent and I would suggest you bring your own atmosphere LOL. The servers are quite busy and you get a little rushed because it's a popular place any day of the week after 4:00 p.m. there's plenty of parking but nothing right outside because they're spots are usually taken by employees sad to say. It was really loud and they really didn't have anything but a tiny menu for the children. No crayons are placed mats for kids so bring your own entertainment if you have restless little ones ?
