Fast friendly but the parking lot was filthy so was the exterior of the building inside wasn't bad overall 4 stars because of the homeless and drug addict atmosphere out front

Absolutely garbage my pizza is under cooked and got dropped. The wings are soggy and gross. Way overpriced garbage. I'll never order here again. I just threw $60 of food in the trash. Absolutely despicable.

I wasn’t able to order online after trying for 20+ min. Got all the way to place order, but it wouldn’t work so I called the Yucaipa store. The Asian manager was of zero help. She wouldn’t give me the online deal, because she said you have to order online. She wouldn’t give me my 10 dollar reward I had on file because she said I could only get it if I order online! I told her tge website wasn’t working but she refused to give me my deals. I think Papa John’s is doing this on purpose. I’m going to Puzza hut!

Put in a big order the other weekend, and they truly delivered! I even called and asked if they could do it earlier than I first said and they had it ready no problems at all. The store seems a little understaffed but they still get it done. The pizzas and snacks were on point as well!
