Really good experience for my first time coming here. The brisket cowboy burger one is super fire although I don't think you can go wrong with anything here even the drinks. The server we had was super kind and always checking up on the right times and told us we could stay and talk even after we paid.

Today we decided to support this new restaurant so we went to check it out. We were seated quickly, and the server was friendly. Now, let's get to the food. Our burger had no pickles, no tomatoes or onions. It had saggy dice lettuces. When we asked for the condiments, we were told they had none. However, she brought us a couple of slice onions. I ordered garlic parmigian fries and got the bottom of the bag, no garlic, and the parmigian cheese was old and dried. If you are going to charge 17.50 for a burger, then it should be worth the price. The same applies to the fries. There was no courtesy discount even when our burger was practically plain.
I would not go again

Thanks to the wonderful people at Rebels Burger and Brew! It was my first time visiting, and I am happy to say that I had a great time! I highly recommend trying Whiskey Glasses and trusting your bartender to come up with something innovative and delicious! Ingredients are fresh, the focus is quality, and the experience is fantastic. Rebels is a perfect place to unwind and have conversation with friendly faces paired with perfect libations. Rudy and Ryan, thanks for such a great experience! I'll definitely be stopping by more often!

I was hoping more for a gourmet burger such as red robin. I'm more of a fan of a classic sponge bun and juicy patty. Not a big fan of brioche bun smash burger. That's just me though. Otherwise server was excellent. Food took 30 minutes maybe bit of miscommunication in kitchen. I'd highly recommend offering a different bun on different burgers.

I had the jalapeño smashburger, and it was TASTY! I got the fries with it, and they weren't awful, either. The server was very nice, and quick with the service. I'd like a wider selection of beers on tap, but I think they're doing the best they can. It's Yucaipa, after all. They could also use some more people in the place. Surd, it was a Monday night, but they could use a little more raucoussness. But, if I find myself in Yucaipa again, I'll deffinitely stop in again.
