The crew at the location next to the City Hall and police station in Aldi’s are my favorite most awesome crew they’re so awesome they know my drink they know my kids in the backseat when I go through the drive-through and they also help me make the right purchase of Coffee beans for my new espresso machine. That’s why I love Yucaipa and keep my money local

Terrible experience with a terrible worker that was pretty racist. I was buying things and when I asked for a bag that they never even said if I needed one, one of the workers that was a white male threw the bag at me to do it myself. Even after I came back for another purchase a few minutes after, that same guy ignored me and kept be waiting to just go do something else. After he came back, when I asked for another bag that he still didn't question if I needed a bag, he rudely told me that he already gave me that other one and didn't even bother to do his job by simply putting the items into a bag. I'm not sure what the problem is but I know it is not hard to give a customer another bag??? Just note that you can have a bad time and experience there, especially with that racist white male worker that switched up on me with a bunch of workers there.

I got ten minutes before closing. Decided my daughter and her friend wanted. Then the man said that they were closed. The register was still running. I consider it bad customer service.

I will never go to this starbucks again. I ordered a frozen lemonade after waiting in line for almost 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Then I had to wait for over 15 minutes for my drink while the large group with a complicated order and 4 other people who ordered AFTER me got their drinks first. Ridiculous. After waiting 10 minutes I asked where my drink was then they started working on it.

I went to this Starbucks on Friday and honestly I had a really bad experience there, Caleb was who take my order and he was so rude with a bad attitude and I tried to be nice, but he kept being rude and ignores me but when other people get there his attitude changed completely, he was laughing all the time.

I can't say with honesty that Starbucks has kept its reputation intact. The employees are still fairly upbeat, the product is just lacking what it used to be. Good.

It's Starbucks and usually I don't give them 5 stars... like ever! But on that day, that morning the two young ladies working earned that 5 star rating! Super nice, coffee was on- spot and they had smiles for miles!!! Give them a raise Starbucks, they both deserve it!
