I was there 1 day before for my ussual drink seen the delivery get ther, I seen employees opening the boxes and I seen all the New Released cups I asked if They wer going to put them out they said no till the morning. So I was ther at 4:30 am. And the employee tried to say they had no deliveries and wont be getting anytime soon. Well I said to her I seen them get delivered and they said to come in the morning. She said so wen I asked for a manager ther was no mngr. And then all of sudden she let me check in the back and guess what she brought the cup I had asked for. I felt these employees wanted to keep the cups for them instead of selling them to there customers. Disappointed..
They always do a good job here. It's a little small inside but still the Starbucks vibes. The people are always helpful. I usually go here when I'm stressed and they always are so nice I always feel better walking out.Parking: Parking is a small lot but there's more in the back. Most people don't see it unless you go through the drive though. But there's a gas station next door so if you're going in and out I don't think there would be a problem.

I'm going to give the Yucaipa location 3 stars only because they do make my coffee right. The warm items are still usually cold and there is a younger girl that works the window that appears to be on drugs. Not a normal thing to see at Starbucks.

Nice people. I blame the owner for this review because it never changes here. This store always show Out of stock on app for ordering. I asked about why and the clerk stated that they were short staffed "I've heard that before" and an oven is out. So they put out of items at this location to slow app traffic. This is a poor owner mismanaging it's store and employees if they can't keep workers. Today was my last visit.

Nice and friendly staff. Nice little location service is pretty fast . The drive thru goes through the Parking lot is small so Parking kinda sucks because of the drive thru I suggest Parking at the Arco and walking
