The lady who takes your order is extremely rude. She could NOT understand for the life of her what “I want onions and pepperoncinis on the whole 12 inch, add lettuce and tomato to only half of it”. Then she rolled her eyes when I asked for avocado on the side with lettuce. Her tone, facial expressions , and body language were so incredibly rude. It was so bad I had to hold back tears, but that’s probably because I’m 9 months pregnant, have an induction scheduled in two days, and my hormones can’t handle someone being very mean for no reason. Now, if only she could hold back her attitude the way I held back my tears, that’d be great.

This place has ALWAYS been our go to! I’ve been going here for 4 years and NOT once have they had old bread and that says so much about a sub place! I don’t know where they get their bread or how often but it is always amazing and I look forward to it! The staff is always so friendly! I wish they stocked up on the jalapeño and salt and vinegar chips because they are so good they fly off the shelf but there are no complaints! you will not be let down!!!!! Thank you savannah and Sarah for a good conversation!

Decent food. Sandwiches cost less than Subway. My biggest disappointment is that I am handicapped and in a wheelchair and thier door is not wide enough for a wheelchair. Please take your handicapped window sticker off your door, as I couldn't enter your shop and was forced to eat outside in 100 degree weather. Code enforcement notified.

Lived in yucaipa for 4 years now. This was my absolute favorite sandwich shop around! The avagobble was amazing! These past couple of years though it seems like they only use a thin layer of meat and avocado and stuff it full of lettuce and charge way more! Really disappointed

As a very Quiet home like feel and always greater with a smile and build personal relationships with each Customer. As long as this place stands, subs of USA will Forever be my one and only sub sandwich location . #Avogobble

Ordered a 12 inch spicy Italian xtra meat with everything. The bread was fresh, soft,and amazing, the veggies were fresh and crisp and the xtra meat was perfect. That was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Awesome job !

Sandwiches are good but the staff is kinda rude. I saw the young lady roll her eyes at a customer behind his back. When we asked what else came with the sandwich she answered with an attitude. You thank them and there’s no response. They seem bothered to have customers. At one point it got full and the young lady rolled her eyes and huffed at the amount of people trying to order.

This is just another establishment that has gone super downhill in the past few fears. There's a reason people travel to Redlands to eat. This place needs to be gutted, remodeled, filled with edible food, and replaced with employees who deliver true good guest service.

Well I am going to start this off by saying I have lived in Yucaipa since 1982. I have been coming to subs of USA for a long time, long time in fact I remember when it was the only sub shop in yucaipa. I ordered the 6 inch barbecue beef, sandwich, I was waiting for that nostalgic taste and sandwich to come out. When they handed me the bag, it was very light and confusing because I remember the old barbecue beef sandwich having a little weight to it. So that $10 barbecue beef sub that I have was a piece of bread with a drizzle a barbecue sauce and some kind of meat that resembled bacon in fact, that would be the only thing that I recognized in there was the one piece of bacon. There was absolutely no meat in this sandwich. And one more little thing the young lady that took my order, was very upset about something in her life. It was taking it out on everybody. she took it out on my sandwich. The sandwich was full of emptiness and sadness.
