Walk in and there's a line of customers and zero workers present at 5pm on a Wednesday. Front of the line customer has been waiting without seeing a worker for awhile. Customers yelling towards the back, nothing. Place was abandoned lol

I complained that there were 3 long hairs in my foot long. Then 2 days later my Debt card was cloned. This is the only places I used that card in a month.

I came here last week with my husband and ordered a meatball marinara sub in a wrap. The lady making my sub couldn't stop complaining about it from the beginning. I understand it may not be a popular order but I felt like she hated making it. At the beginning she accused me of lying about getting this sub in a wrap before, I thought it was pretty bold to accuse a customer of lying. Regardless, I continued to tell her what I'd like on my sub wrap. Before and after every ingredient she had a complaint and even said "don't sue us if your wrap falls apart, you look like the type." She told me several times I must be a messy person to like this sub. By the way, the sub wrap was the least messiest sub I've ever gotten from Subway. There have been many messier sandwiches so the comments were just ignorant. I asked to toast the wrap and she told me she couldn't and that anyone who did must love burning their hands. I had no problem and stated to the worker that the other subway must have had oven mittens and I understand that she can't toast it. She told me no subway has oven mittens and the other subway employees just burned their hands for me... at this point my husband was baffled as well. This was odd. Being told I seem like the type to sue on top of all the complaining will make me never go back here again. Try the other subway in Yucaipa or go to Redlands if you have to. If this lady isn't working you might have a fine experience, I've seen the man working for years and its always a fine experience. Fire this woman!

$20 for a sandwich and a drink. It’s not good enough to charge these prices. Never going back.
Stay away from this Subway, they will NEVER get your order right. What a shame. Plus, if you pay for avocado they NEVER put it in the sandwich.

It’s been multiple times that I’ve gone here and we stand there for a long time all the employees look down at a receipt making pick up orders, they NEVER ONCE have greeted us. Today was my last time ever trying to come here 02/19/24 at 12:15 pm I stood there with my baby and the girl never looked up once to greet me and I stood there waiting for her so I left. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Oh girls- yikes yikes yikes. I be coming here all the time. I work right next door, ordered for my fam & yall, the food ain’t come out right at ALL. Ordered online as per usual, I asked for double meat on the wrap, that thing ended up looking like a mf quesadilla. When I went 2 go pick up my order, cashier only handed me one drink n I hadda remind her that I ordered two. Yikes subway pls do a check on ur people cuz these newbies ain’t it. You’re here to get paid ladies, make ur food right fr. Disappointed af in y’all.

It was 8:20 on a Sunday night and the girl had already turned off the toasterfor the sandwiches. She almost had a proud smirk on her face letting me know that. I saw 5 people leaving before I came in empty handed because she had done this and Subway wonders why their customer retention is so low. Your employees will make or break
