It’s been multiple times that I’ve gone here and we stand there for a long time all the employees look down at a receipt making pick up orders, they NEVER ONCE have greeted us. Today was my last time ever trying to come here 02/19/24 at 12:15 pm I stood there with my baby and the girl never looked up once to greet me and I stood there waiting for her so I left. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Oh girls- yikes yikes yikes. I be coming here all the time. I work right next door, ordered for my fam & yall, the food ain’t come out right at ALL. Ordered online as per usual, I asked for double meat on the wrap, that thing ended up looking like a mf quesadilla. When I went 2 go pick up my order, cashier only handed me one drink n I hadda remind her that I ordered two. Yikes subway pls do a check on ur people cuz these newbies ain’t it. You’re here to get paid ladies, make ur food right fr. Disappointed af in y’all.

It was 8:20 on a Sunday night and the girl had already turned off the toasterfor the sandwiches. She almost had a proud smirk on her face letting me know that. I saw 5 people leaving before I came in empty handed because she had done this and Subway wonders why their customer retention is so low. Your employees will make or break

I made a pick up order and I went in as soon as it was ready on the app but when I got my sandwich I could tell it's been sitting there a long time because my sandwich was very cold when I asked for it to be double toasted but I could tell It was hardly toasted if even at all. And I asked for provolone and mozzarella cheese but they only put mozzarella. Please do better

The guy working tonight 5/22/23 was putting old brown lettuce on our sandwiches there was olives and red onion mixed in it. Usually they clean up after making a sandwich nope not this guy. Was not paying attention. Had two sandwiches putting stuff on the sandwich we didn’t ask for. His eyes were looking at a girl in line. Came home to open the sandwich he didn’t even wrap them fell all over my fool. This was at 8pm maybe he was wanting to go home or talk to the girl. I never ever made a complaint well there is always a first

I've never had a complaint about subway I usually like it. Tonight was horrible. The lettuce tray looked like it was sitting there all day it was very low to the bottom with olives and red onions in it. I asked the guy Christian if he could get the lettuce from the other side because the lettuce he was putting in looked nasty he said he can't because his manger said it's wasteful. So what he did was pick out the onions and peppers out. Then he was putting the wrong items on the other sandwich we ordered all he was doing is looking at a girl in line. We asked for mayo he kept on squeezing the bottle onto the sandwich. Usually the clean the area after making sandwiches not today it was gross why did I keep ordering so stupid. Got home pulled out sandwich's out of the bag he didn't tape the sandwiches they fell onto the kitchen floor. You know I can see people are trying to save money but come on brown lettuce. 5/22/23 at 8pm

Terrible service with terrible management!!They limit how much veggie you can get !! Skimming on the amount !!!Apparently the rule is 6 pieces onion per sub !Can’t have extra !The manager doesn’t care because it’s a franchise!!Well then , that kind of customer service will deserve no business
