I’ve had great experiences at Sugoi Sushi in the past, both the food and service have been excellent on my previous two visits. Unfortunately, today was a different story.
We were greeted right away and told to sit anywhere, but after that, we ended up waiting quite a while without menus or drinks. During that time, two other parties came in after us and were helped immediately, while we were still waiting to be acknowledged. It was disappointing enough that we eventually chose to leave. As we got up to walk out, someone finally asked if everything was okay.
I know this place can do better based on prior visits, but today’s experience definitely missed the mark. I hope this was just an off day, because I’ve really enjoyed this restaurant before.

Haven’t been here in a year since they remodeled. It has a great vibe. Staff was very friendly. Sushi was fresh. Had “before honeymoon” roll and udon beef. Kids meal was gobbled up by my 3 year old.
I haven't been here in years and back then they were good and even now they're still great! The sushi is great quality and service is very friendly. Definitely will come back here!
