I am obsessed with Wingstop!! They have so many different kinds of flavors to choose from for the wings and my favorite flavors are lemon pepper, spicy Korean BBQ and mango habanero. Wingstop never fails me whenever I am craving for something savory or craving fried chicken. I got some voodoo fries to try because a lot of people were getting them and I understand why they got them now. They were delicious and the ingredients on the fries were perfect. I always enjoy Wingstop with my family and friends since it's such an easy meal to get and who doesn't love chicken?!? Also, I like this location for Wingstop because it's not too busy and they make the food really fast. The workers are also very friendly and nice to talk to. They recently added thighs in their menu so I recommend getting the thigh bites flavored lemon pepper because they are delicious!! Lastly, their ranch sauce is to die for!!!! I never liked ranch until I tried ranch from Wingstop :)

Normally this Wingstop is very good but recently they have been slacking. On multiple occasions, the food has been cold or the service is plain out bad. Tuesday I placed a pick up order and it was an estimated 30-45 minutes and I was fine with it. I got there and there was still about 10 minutes before it was allegedly supposed to be ready and out of curiosity decided to check on it and of course it had already been sitting there for a while. I didn't say anything that time bc it was still warm enough to eat. Today I placed a pick up order again and set to be picked up at 6:30 knowing that I would take a bit to get there and even still when I got there at 6:37 to pick up and of course yet again the food is cold. I politely ask the kid up front if there was anyway that they could either reheat or remake the order. He let me know that it'd be a little bit of time and I was willing to wait for it but the whole staff looked unhappy to even do that. So I was going to take it and reheat at home bc of their incompetence but even if I was willing to wait they couldn't fix they're own mistakes. I politely I asked for a refund and yet again was disappointed bc the manager wasn't around and I have to come back in 2 days. I don't know who is running this place but believe me it's going downhill real quick. As a customer that loves to order from you guys, please bring back the great customer service and fresh food.

The wings are good but the young lady that worked Saturday afternoon is not friendly and has no customer service skills. A simple thank you would be sufficient instead of acting like you're too good to be friendly to paying customers. Also, they don't have a trash can inside the lobby so I guess don't open your straw inside the store

Wings are good and staff is always super friendly. Yes the wait for food is long but it's not their fault. They are super short staffed and the online system is whack because it doesn't take into account all of the orders the restaurant is currently processing. It gives you a 10 min wait time not realizing there are 10 people ahead of you. I've seen people completely flip out on these poor kids because their chicken wasn't ready in 15 mins. If you're rude and in a hurry, go somewhere else.

Food is decent but if you order ahead on the phone or through the app wait an extra 20 minutes past the estimated pick up time before you come. Ive ordered ahead 5 times and I've always had to wait inside or in my car for at least 15 minutes. Today is the last straw i ordered over the phone and had an estimated time of 10 minutes i showed up and had to wait for 35 minutes for my food. The food is not worth the price, frustration, or wasted time.

The food here is always good and consistent. I only give it 4 stars because there soda machine is bad. I got a soda last week and there was a bunch of black stuff in my soda. I believe there ice may have been dirty or something. Either way it was kinda gross.
Walked in to this wing stop with not much to expect due to always eating at a location that shows no cleanliness and bad customer service. This location on the other hand is spotless and provides excellent customer services. I had an issues with receiving a flavor I didn't order but the management was kind enough to make the order again and with little to no wait time! The staff is very friendly and knows how to treat their customers. Due to Covid there is no dining inside, the wait time to pick up your order was fast and timely. I will be coming back to this location just based on my experience with the staff and management.

Love the classic wings, and celery sticks!! The ranch is the best. Perfect for Keto diet!! The staff here is always welcoming and friendly. I'm so grateful for these employees working during this pandemic and wearing masks and washing hands. Definitely coming back!

Wingstop located in Yucaipa California is a great place to get excellent,freshly made plump chicken wings! Stopped in last night and ordered wings with one of our favorite sauces ( their all good!) lemon pepper with an added dipping sauce of of garlic butter-we also get them extra crispy-the best! I always order my meal with there online system. I put what time I am picking up my wings and french fries. They are always on time, fresh, and ready. Robert and Jorge always have excellent customer services.
