This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The cashiers have lied to me and misrepresented information numerous times. I am rarely greeted promptly. I have waited in the drive through over 10 minutes without being greeted and 10 more before being helped. I have been told the customers inside the store are prioritized over the drive through line.

I went to the Walgreens across the street for many many years. Until my pharmacist Khalid left.Now I've started coming back to this Rite Aid and they are most wonderful, courteous and helpful.I appreciate you. And thank you

There is an older woman with short hair in the ice cream department that is rude and sneaky. I went in yesterday with the kids (5 of us total) and we had just walked up while she was serving someone else and she automatically yelled you guys are going to have to wait and be patient I'm all by myself and you guys are a large party. I was like how rude we just walked up and we didn't say anything and she automatically just tells us that. Once it was our turn we got our ice cream and we all got double scoop but I caught her charging us for triple scoop. She grabbed her paper and scanned all triple scoop so fast thinking I wasn't going to catch it but I did. Once I called her out on it she was in shock and gave us all a extra scoop in a separate cup. That's fine and all but that sneakiness and attitude needs to go!

Over the years I've come into this Rite Aid and the service has always been mediocre (no one knows if they have z in stock) long wait times, the pharmacy taking longer or losing my medication). I went in a few days ago because I happened to be in the area. I waited for help in ice cream. 8 minutes later the cashier walks over to me from the register, but then then sees a customer walk up to pay. She turns around and tells me she's just going to help the customer. WTF am I?? This is the last time I'm treated like I'm not a customer at this $!&t hole place. Eff this place. This is why my family and I stopped getting refills here or shopping at this place. They really suck. #TeamWalgreens

I've always had problems at other rite aids like the loma linda one but i've never had a problem at this location. It's convenient and it's close to my house so i come here all the time. Today I went in and Keira was at the checkout and was extremely rude to me that I really felt like telling her off but I didn't because i'm not rude to people like she is. I didn't appreciate her attitude and although she apologized for her behavior it was very insincere. I think she needs more training or maybe a day off because she gets frustrated immediately. I hope this can be corrected because if i have this problem again I probably wont come back to this location.

Kiera is rude every time I'm in her line. Please retrain her. I know she's young but she's the face of the company. My experience when I come in has been soured by this young girl. I belong there as much as she does, please remind Her that paying customers are her paycheck and I spend a lot of money here.

The older white lady with blonde curly hair really needs to be retrained or its time for her to retire!!!She told me that she doesn't take out of state driver license to purchase Alcohol I been to three different Rite Aid's in theee different States and never heard such a thing. I said get me a manager, she said whatever and just checked me out like she should have in the first place..
