Tuscanos Pizza and Pasta

The food is great & authentic. I love the lasagna & my husband loves the meatball sandwich. Pizza is wonderful. Service is great. Serves yummy bread sticks. Great selection of beers. I highly recommend this place for a family affair.

Was trying to make an order for delivery. The girl that answered the phone didn't know the menu. Told me that They didn't have one of The items on the menu because she couldn't find it. Then when she went to take my card information.She said it was a card.Error tried to take it multiple times. She accidentally put me unhold and did know it happened. She said we got disconnected, but I was still on the line LO.L. Then we tried another card.She said the same thing. That there was a card Error. I very polite Asked if I could give my order to someone else that works there. She says yes, the phone goes silent.I sit there about 8 minutes.Hang up and order from some places else.

Got our order wrong. Ordered a calzone with meatballs and was given a calzone with meatballs on the side. We were also charged for the meatballs. We also ordered a pastrami sandwich and it had little to no meat.

Great pizza a bit long on the wait but well worth it

Very disappointed. First time in over 20 years. Bought a large pizza, half supreme, half vegetarian. Also got a wedge salad, with side of Italian but had 3 sides of blue cheese instead It had a lot of toppings but the crust was RAW in the middle. Got it to go. Should have returned it but we were extremely tired from working all day. Spent $45.00. Will not be returning.

Callie was AMAZING. She was my first impression for the restaurant. VERY VERY VERY friendly and knowledgeable. We’re made a new friend. We wanted to visit a sit down restaurant and purchase pizza 🍕. We were impressed with the atmosphere and the food was off the chain. We will definitely be back. 🥰

Best local pizza place. The tables could use cleaning. Free bread sticks. Great meaty wings. Fried Gouda Mac and Cheese balls. Garlic fries. And great beer selection.

Antipasto salad is not worth $14! Lettuce that’s all you get lettuce and mushrooms, barely barely any meat. This is the second time in the last three months this has happened. I even explained to the lady at the counter. I suggest you need to remove the salad dressings from the container and fill it properly and give people the money’s worth. 6 months ago was perfect! Then they changed to clear plastic smaller containers and added salad dressing in small cups to the inside of the salad to take up room. Won’t be going back.

This is to the Owner & Manager of this business. This was my first experience at this business. I'm visiting my daughter and grandchildren from Florida. My grands wanted pizza. My daughter called in the ordered over the phone. According to our receipts, Isabella R. took my daughter's order at 12:02 PM, she did not say "hello", or introduce herself, she put my daughter on hold and after 5 minutes returned. My daughter placed an order of 1 Large Supreme, No Mushrooms, 1 Large Pepperoni Pizza. We were told it would be about 25 minutes. I walked in at 12:34 PM, waited for a few minutes, no one greeted me, no one said "hello". Isabella R. waled up to me, I said "hello and stated "I'm here to pick up my daughter's order and gave her name. I asked for plates, cheese, and peppers. Before I could finish my sentence, I was very rudely interrupted by Isabella, she said "I don't have plates".I was completely taken back by her aggressive tone of voice and her lack of professionalism. I asked to speak to the Manager, and she said he's not here. Having experienced such terrible customer service made me feel disrespected and devalued. This is a poor reflection of your business. I am a Senior Citizen and it seems the younger generation lacks respect not just for themselves but others. I will not return to your business.
