Don’t waste your money or time.
For a first time impression it was rock bottom. I don’t think I’ll give this franchise another try.
There were five customers eating in, assumed this was an indicator of being a decent spot. Not sure if it’s the location, but the food was terrible. I ended up tossing the plate after my boyfriend and I took a bite. We couldn’t even go back to ask for a recook since we ordered it to go. The rice was very undercooked it had a gross crunch and got stuck in our teeth. The steak was inedible and a stringy mess with an unsettling texture. The meat just tasted old and gross, even the chicken was weird. I was pretty upset and disappointed since this was supposed to be our lunch.
I don’t know how this location has more than 1 star.

Terrible place as soon as I walked in. It looks dirty and smells odd. When I asked for Waba sauce the manager I’m assuming (Asian man with no uniform) went through my bag to literally show me the 1 packet. To then I replied can I have more. And he literally rolled his eyes and gave me 1 more packet. Very stingy man for some sauce. Won’t be coming back and I suggest you don’t either. The chicken was dry too. Calimesa Waba grill is soooooo much better!!

I recommend this location. Great customer service from Ramon R . Very welcoming and attentive with all customers. I saw him help out an elderly customer walk out the door safely. This guy deserves a Trophy. Food is great here as well.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here doesn’t taste nothing like any other waba grill.. vegetables and chicken tasted very old hard pieces of chicken everything was just thrown in the bowl so sloppy.

PSA!!! Avoid this Waba Grill. Go a little down the road to the one in Calimesa! The guy gave me a hard time picking up my order asking to see confirmation when I gave him the name on my order. When I picked up my order the food was cold. They were stingy with waba sauce. Portions are very very small. Mostly just rice and the rice taste like it was 2 days old. Chicken was over cooked and dried out. Customer service was terrible. I will never come here again. Don’t make the same mistake I did and take your money somewhere else.

I saw the B rating but I went in anyways. They gave my entire family food poisoning. Just not so friendly kid employees that work there. So I’m assuming they are being lazy about cleanliness. I won’t be eating here again. I’m in so much pain
By far the worst tasting waba, I ever had. Had me wait for a cold n bland bowl. Rice and veggies were cold, meat was luke warm. Super bland tasting aswell. Never going to this location again! Please believe the bad reviews, don't be like me and "see for yourself"

Disgusting food I threw it in the trash...cold, dried out, flavorless. The brown rice was hard and stale tasting. 1st timer here and I'm very disappointed. The miso soup was blah, edamame was cold and under cooked, also a small portion. $28 for 3 items delivered and it all went into the trash..

Owner was rude. No toilet paper. No hand soap in bathroom. No covers for toilet. Nothing. Disgusting. And that’s how they cook the food with no proper hygiene.
