We are new to the area and my wife and I had high hopes for this place - and still do. The service was great! We both ordered white chocolate mochas. Unfortunately they were so bad they were undrinkable. We did not say anything at the time but Im sure they would have tried to make them better. I just don't think the staff at the time knew how to make them. At least I hope that was the reason. We WILL give them another try before writing them off.

Good morning I have visited the White Rabbit Coffee for a week straight, the coffee was consistently amazing. The service has been nothing short but amazing and timely I'm never sitting longer than 5 minutes waiting for my coffee, even if I had to I would mind because the shop is so cozy and comfortable!!! Overall love this little gem!!

I do not recommend this place. The coffee is over brewed and bitter sitting in a thermos like as if I’m getting the continental breakfast at the local motel. Their prices do not justify their lack of quality and ambiance.

This is not a real cafe as they don’t serve anything in real mugs. They are trying to make the inside look cozy and comfortable but still have strict “do not move anything around to be comfortable” policy. Either the manager or owner looked us up and down when we arrived (while sitting outside with all his buddies) and then proceeded to walk inside and ask us to move a Lounge chair back where we had pushed it 3 ft next to a table. The coffee is bitter and burnt. Prices are ridiculous. I do not recommend.

Great place to sit awhile, sip tea/coffee, munch & read or socialize. Refills are free. I come here almost every day. The girls working here are very friendly - great service. There are several local regulars I see here almost daily, so I'm certainly not alone in my opinion. Thank you

Ema, the behavior that I experienced from you today was incredibly disgusting. You’re rude disrespectful and entitled personality needs a serious evaluation. It’s clear customer service is not for you. It’s time to do a serious heart check and ask yourself if this is how you want to be perceived for the rest of your life. I promise you if you continue this, you will not get too far. Thankfully the food and drinks were good. But definitely will not be returning.
