Cool place, cute outdoor seating. They don’t have certain things like iced coffee or coconut milk which I think is pretty standard coffee items. And their menu is sort of confusing. However the place is cute and the people are nice.

Finally tried this place after 10 plus years of passing by it on the Blvd. pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere. So much outdoor seating that I never saw from the street view. Breakfast sandwiches so good. Drinks were so good. My daughter and I stayed almost two hours because it was such a nice environment. Not to mention the two girls working were very attentive. The prices are good and the outdoor seating is nice. The sandwiches are good as well.

The cashier today was rude and kept telling customers that her acrylic nail had just broken. At one point I went up to see if my food was ready after waiting 25 mins, and when I sat down, she yelled out that customers are so rude, literally while customer are waiting in line.

There were multiple flies flying inside the kitchen area and inside the seating...
