You get charged for things and never receive them. I don't get double the cheese when I asked for it. The other day I was charged for a pretzel bun and never got one. I'll never go back.

They always clean the ice cream machine at like 8-9pm, leaving it impossible to get a nice late night treat, as they’re open to 12am. Always have to drive to banning where they actually serve their customer. 0/10. 😒

Very rude drive thru lady, her name is Vanessa and has horrible customer service. I asked for ketchup and she shut the window. Then she proceeded to make me wait 10 mins for her to open the window. Once I finally asked for ketchup she only gave me one.

Stopped by 2 weeks ago because I’ve never tried this place. Guy with the glasses was pretty cool and mentioned a few items he liked. The Girl with black hair was very nice too. Excellent food and service😁

I went to order at 9:50 bad customer service no one would take my order the sighn said open and the guy with the glasses was seeing that I was there and the girl was skinny with black hair was just standing their June 25 bad customer service won’t be coming back

Took 30 minutes to get a burrito in drive thru with one car ahead of me The lady with the black long hair working the drive thru her hair was down ,was not put up nor a hair net tortilla was rock hard wasn’t wrap good at all the food isn’t good there anymore I won’t be going back
