“The owner is usually there and tries very hard to male everyone feel welcome with personal attention. He is knowledgeable about wines and is particularly interested in naturally fermented wines. I'm a beer person (my wife is the wine drinker) and his selection of beer is better than most wineries and even beer rooms.“

“First time going to Uncorked on State. Found them on the AAA magazine where great restaurants are featured and reviewed. Best place ever. Had a party of 7 and they were able to accommodate us. What a beautiful, cozy little place. The atmosphere were magical. The wait staff are amazing and on top of all your needs. Food is fantastic. Wine excellent. Our party enjoyed it all. “Everything you order is done to perfection by Joel, a great chef. Monica treats everyone very special and remembers everyone's name. You can have taco specials on Tuesdays, and beef ribs on Thursdays. Comes with corn, potato, and cornbread made by Monica. Might not be able to finish it all. They have excellent breakfasts, hamburgers, pizza, and deserts, also. Don't miss any opportunity to enjoy this local hangout.“
