“The owner is usually there and tries very hard to male everyone feel welcome with personal attention. He is knowledgeable about wines and is particularly interested in naturally fermented wines. I'm a beer person (my wife is the wine drinker) and his selection of beer is better than most wineries and even beer rooms.“

“First time going to Uncorked on State. Found them on the AAA magazine where great restaurants are featured and reviewed. Best place ever. Had a party of 7 and they were able to accommodate us. What a beautiful, cozy little place. The atmosphere were magical. The wait staff are amazing and on top of all your needs. Food is fantastic. Wine excellent. Our party enjoyed it all. “We did a quick overnight campout nearby and stopped in just for coffee. Coffee led to a breakfast burrito (with tasty salsa) and about 30 minutes+ of chatting with the new owner Monica. It's a great little family-owned place that we will definitely return to! Check them out if you are in the area.“
