This pizza hut in yucaipa does not accept ebt when most ebt across California do !! My cousin who is a single mom and also works gets ebt becuz of her disabled son ! The Redlands pizza hut accept it and so does all of riverside pizza hut accepts ebt ! And what makes this restaurant so special!! Is becuz I think they are prejudice!! I think they think they are 2 fancy 2 take ebt ! There excuse was they don't get that much traffic ! So if you as a business don't get the business why wouldn't u take ebt u are still getting paid !! So stupid ? and like I said she is a working woman and her disabled child's school gave her this card 2 help her out @ hard times !! The yucaipa pizza hut on yucaipa Blvd sucks ? and they are rude ! It's no wonder they have no business!!

The pan pizza was so undercooked. It was like chewing on raw pizza dough. I had to cook it more at my house. It was so undercooked that when I heated it, the dough was able to rise more. Still. Why should I get pizza that is halfway cooked? This was the first time I got pizza from this location and will be the last. Bye Pizza Hut!Pizza Chalet across the street is way 100 percent better! ?

The food was terrible. Their survey asked me to rate them in Google after privately informing them of how disappointed I was, so I guess pizza hut wants this public. It's bad food and the kicker is it's not even inexpensive. I regularly spend $10+ dollars less at better establishments.

This Pizza Hut is a solid 3.5. The pizza is super chewy like gum, barley ever sauce and so much cheese all there's to taste is saltiness. This was the case 3 times in a row. Imagine going to get dinner and the pizza was so bad you and your family all said it was gross so you throw it out and have to go grab more food for your family. Pretty crazy right? Anyways never coming back here again

I needed to be in and out really quickly so I could catch the bus. Clerk (sorry can't remember her name) was really helpful. She put my order in before I paid (it was just the cheesy bread sticks). I was able to make it to the bus on time. Thank you
I ordered a pizza with a coke. Not only was it late, They brought the pizza and didn't have coke. They didn't mention it at all. After I called asking for the coke the manager said, "what seems to be the problem?" and just told me, "we can bring something else if you want." I'm so annoyed eating this cold pizza. You couldn't even hook it up with another soda? Anything? To top it all off they put the wrong sauce. Lastly they sent me a replacement over an hour later with the wrong toppings. Honestly I'm over dominos. Terrible service. Me and dominos have beef. Papi J's is my new spot.

I'm actually a worker here (driver) and I can definitely say that we've stepped our game heavily, the place is great and all employees treat each other and customers as family. If we're not welcoming customers with a smile, we're doing our best to keep busy and work hard in the back .. I'm not talking out of my ass like I definitely see a huge difference in management and our crew as a whole, the place not only looks amazing especially due to recent construction in the front of the store and the back looks actually great and even jaw dropping , the food is being cared for in a whole new way and i can validly say the freshest ingredients I honestly am amazed at the difference compared to when I started vs now and can actually with no bs proudly say I'm apart of this team i wish we had more Yelp reviews now instead of all these 1/2/3+ year ago reviews but there's still time to come so I'm not worried and I'm pretty sure others would see the upgrade as well so please come on down and no one out pizzas the hut !!
