i don’t even know where to start. this wingstop is so disgusting and the service is terrible. i found a piece of an acrylic nail in my mouth as i was eating a sandwich from here and immediately came back to wingstop to show them. the manager OLGA. was there and as i was showing her this repulsive offense i noticed her nails were the exact same color as the nail i found in my food. she denied it in my face and accused me of placing it there when her nail was clearly chipped, and i’m a man who does NOT wear acrylics. to add on to the problem i asked for a refund and olga said they had to investigate first but they would remake my food instead. i would rather saw both of my legs off than eat anything from this establishment again. you will be hearing from my lawyer Olga.

Do not come here, do not order food! Food is absolutely horrible and the place is dirty too!!! Olga the manager is a liar, and thief! I went in December 23 to get a refund for the horrible food I picked up Dec. 22. She agree to give me a refund but for some strange reason charged my card again for the same order so at this point I am 62.04 in. Was told to wait a week to see the refund back on my Venmo card. Waited three weeks and nothing. Finally I go in Jan. 13 at about 1 o’clock and was told it was weird that i have not received a refund. Olga told me she would just give me cash at this point but that I needed to go back at 330 because it’s too early and she does not have 62.04 weird because every business place should have a bank so lied again. Go back at 330 and was told she left do to an emergency, had her employee call her on the phone and was told to go the next day at 930, Wingstop does not open till 11 so one more lie. I go in at 1130 Dec. 14 and was told the that the receipt shows I got a refund just because the top say I did, but the bottom of it say I got refund in cash which explains why I have not seen it on my credit card. Olga went as far as to say that she would give me the money out of her own pocket, other lie! So as a manager who has no clue how to do her job she should be fired! All this could have been prevented if she would have done her job correctly the first time!! It’s not even about the money at this point but the principal. Just a bad business overall!!

My experience at this establishment was not as satisfactory as I had hoped. I received the incorrect order, which I acknowledge was partly my oversight for not verifying it. Upon returning, the staff apologized and allowed me to keep the incorrect order, but I declined as my food was cold. I would have been willing to wait for a fresh meal, yet that option was not presented. Such occurrences are understandable, but it seems this evening did not reflect their usual standard of service.

The overall dining experience was enjoyable, although the service was somewhat subpar. Unfortunately, our party was delayed in receiving our food, as others who arrived after us were served promptly. The ambiance was pleasant, and the restaurant was well-maintained and clean.

To be honest I've never seen a Wingstop more out of wack with the basics. I used to be an assistant manager for a Wingstop in Prosper TX and this example just shows how awful they did. After 15 minutes we got burnt fries that were clearly left unattended for at least 5 -7 minutes. 6 lemon pepper wings drenched in lemon pepper sauce when everyone knows it's supposed to be a dry rub and was absolutely obliterated with seasoning. The ranch there home-making here isn't even the original recipe it tastes awful.
