The overall dining experience was enjoyable, although the service was somewhat subpar. Unfortunately, our party was delayed in receiving our food, as others who arrived after us were served promptly. The ambiance was pleasant, and the restaurant was well-maintained and clean.
this place is so good. the food is awesome and the service is great. when i went in to pick up my order it wasn’t ready yet but one of the employees asked me if i wanted extra cheese on my fries and i did and he hooked me up with some extra cheese. also sometimes they do take a while to bring out your order but i don’t really mind
Usually pretty good, have only gotten a bad order or a wrong order maybe once or twice in the 2 years I've been ordering from here, but as of recently, the approx. time from order to delivery has been wildly off. One of my recent orders was approximated at 30 minutes from order to delivered. An hour and a half had passed and the food was finally delivered, albeit slightly cold.
