My husband went in and bought a ft long sandwich and a FOOT LONG pepperoni roll up. When we finally opened the bag his was good the FOOT LONG ROLL UP was 6 inches and looked like it was someones left over. I do not live in town so didn't have time to go back. I tried to call 7 times and was disconnected each time. The last time he bought the foot long cookie and it was burnt. We let it go . This time I am done. I will NEVER buy anything from the Akron subway again.

For starters in between myself and the previous customer she changed gloves but decided to dig in the trash can and was upset i asked her to wash her hands and change gloves again before making my sandwich. Employee was very rude. Watched her roll her eyes and huff at the customer in front of me many times. This customer was picking up an online order and when it was brought to the employees attention that she forgot something on the order omg it was like you asked her to make 1000 sandwiches. When it came to my order I wanted a wrap but they no longer have them at this store. Only Flatbread so I changed to a sub sandwich instead. Huffing and rolling eyes again. She never asked me what kind of cheese I would like. Just a very unpleasant experience.

What a horrible experience.
I came in to get dinner.
I ordered a Turkey Club footlong sandwich, and the entire time I was there, I was greeted horribly by the employee (Barbie).
I asked for churros and a pretzel and was given more attitude along with eye rolling.
Upon paying for my order, the employee forgot what sandwich I had ordered and had to tell her.
I got home to have my dinner and noticed I didn't even get the sandwich I ordered. Hence, the Turkey Cali Club comes with smashed avocado, and I didn't get any.
I also had to ask for extra toppings because the employee would barely put any on my sandwich.
For spending $20, I was hoping to get my order correctly and at least have decent service, but it was totally the opposite.
The footlong pretzel I got was hard as a rock.
The churros were hard as well.
I'm very disappointed and the sad part is this is only a fast food place in town.
Edit:
I also needed to come back and add that I got food poison from this meal. It was awful.
Do not come here.

I'd rate higher, but it seems they always seem to be out of things all the time. Never have half of the things when you place an order.

Last 2 times i've ordered here online i set time to be ready at 7:25 and i get there at 7:30 and when i get here to pick up i wait while they are making the order. Tonight at 7:30 some girl was telling people they are closed from her car outside. they shut off the lights the second my wife walked out. the food was hard and not fresh. will not be ordering from here. sad because this small town is so limited on restaurants.

Me and my wife went here, and the 2 only staff there were high as a kite (methd out). The lady that took our order was having a hard time seeing straight and here eyes kept rolling she also repeatedly told us the same thing such as the only bread they had was Italian even after that's what we asked for. The other younger lady couldn't even look at us, and her hair was a mess. Both definitely spun out as I am a recovering addict myself so I could tell.

Terrible service. We were in line to order and were told that they would be closing soon and that they had stuff to do. Turned away 9 people and then turned the lights off with people eating in the dining area. They had to pick up their meals and leave. Extremely poor service, tried to contact a manager, they never answered the phone.
Nice clean place! Staff was very pleasant.
This is THE best Subway in Eastern Colorado. It's usually clean, and the food items are pretty fresh with rare exceptions. It is the only Subway store I'll eat at on Hwy 34 in Eastern Colorado and it's always good.Whoever the lady was that served me this morning made my Sub Club perfectly and it was truly the best sandwich I've ever got from a Subway. Very friendly too!
Sandwich wasn't made right the first time, sandwich maker fabricated new one quickly. I like the fact they can now toast the sandwiches.

I asked for an American club foot long online they messed every single up on it.
I'm a trucker from Cali, and Brian is without a doubt one of the best workers
The service was a bit slow but I got exactly what I ordered. Its worth stopping by here if your hungry.
My brother came to town to visit and after our walk around Akron we stopped to pick up lunch. Everyone got what they wanted. Great service
