Went through the drive-through and asked for help getting a refund because they couldn’t fulfill my order was then attacked by a lady that would not give me her name. I then walked in and she hid in the back and this guy that is supposedly named Aiden kept arguing with me instead of being helpful a 1 800 number does not exist And he claimed to be the manager reading more reviews. This seems to not be true very poor customer service.

I went through the drive through and I noticed there was a bunch of pitchers filled with syrup sitting on the shelf. I asked for a Dr. Pepper and i seen this short Mexican lady mix 2 of these dark syrups together in my cup. I asked her what she put in my drink? She looked at me and told me “We don’t make drinks!” When i never asked if she made it lol even tho she did. On top of that our food was cold and the pop she made was flat. This place needs new management. Someone can get seriously sick eating here. Do not recommend eating here at all for a quick bite.

They were very very rude disrespectful and our hamburgers were all sloppy and not made right and they were cold and the French fries where old and soggy and the bacon wasn't even cooked

Absolutely trash lmao. Every time i come here i get the wrong food and they're solution is getting the right food? Also why is the food they serve always old? Do none of these people or managers care? Being in the fast food industry you should know you can't serve food past it's hold time and this food always tastes old amd cold.

Ordered their signature strawberry lemonade and it only comes in like certain sizes, none of which would be suitable for a 2 yr old. So we asked of we can have a small cup to portion it out smaller for the toddler and were told they could not do that.
I then asked if I can just purchase a small water no ice to get the cup and was told again, they weren't allowed to do that.
Not allowed to sell a small water.
Absolutely absurd and unempathetically corporate. You have to about force them to give you ketchup and napkins and when they do its is such a scarce amount.
Love BK bc it fits the whole family's needs but this locations FOR YEARS has consistently been a disappointment.

absolutely terrible, got my order correct and that was the end of the good service. it was cold, the bread wasnt exactly the greatest either. once i took two bites into my Whopper Jr there was a hair wrapping around the patty and it got into my mouth.

Proper training, accountability, and quality control is necessary or they’ve lost a customer.

Tonight we ordered to brisket burgers, got home, both were regular hamburgers. Paid for cheese on a whopper jr, and it no cheese on it. Sprite was flat. Always have loved BK, but don't know after this experience

Worst BK ever!! They are so lazy they won’t even reach over to had your debit card or meal. They make you open your car door and get your stuff. And when asked you can hand it to me while I was already out the window of my car they say don’t have to be rude!
Service managers are rude, they look at you and roll their eyes. Lazy and they don’t care. Need better management team there and people that actually like to work.
