Worst BK ever!! They are so lazy they won’t even reach over to had your debit card or meal. They make you open your car door and get your stuff. And when asked you can hand it to me while I was already out the window of my car they say don’t have to be rude! Service managers are rude, they look at you and roll their eyes. Lazy and they don’t care. Need better management team there and people that actually like to work.

The weekend manager doesn't like honoring coupons and likes to yell over her customers when they have a complaint. I'm only ranking the food and strongly recommend only using the drive thru and only when Wendy's or Arby's is too busy

Waited at least another 5min.. Didn't see anyone else approach the front counter.. I left and went across the street to McDonald's and had no wait..

Went in today and got half an acrylic nail in my food. If you're going to be working in the food industry and HANDLING other people's you NEED to wear gloves if you have nails on as fake as your personality. All your dirt and grime was still stuck to the bottom of the nail (clearly you don't wash your hands very often either). Absolutely disgusting!!
