I recently visited Chili’s, and I had a great experience. The food was flavorful and satisfying, with each dish packed with delicious and prepared well. The service was also excellent, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Overall, I would highly recommend Chili’s for a tasty meal and great service!

I ordered from just Wings, and they were disgusting. They looked to be thrown in the fryer straight from the freezer. Bruised and not cleaned at all. The people were nice, and I don't know if this is Chilis' fault or just how their co partner handles business. It could've been an off night. Either way, i would never get Wings from here again.

My friend and I was approached by Kaden, Who lead us to the bar high table he asked if this was good. My friend asked if we could have a booth. Kaden said all the empty booths are dirty, she asked if he could get one cleaned. He handed us each a menu and said go over there and find someone to clean you one! As he walked away. So rude of him! Then had the courtesy to smile and say have a nice day as we walked out.

We were the Chadron Basketball team that came in 1/15 and we just wanted to review and say how great of a job our server Kylie did! Our food was out within 15 min from when we ordered and we were in and out under an hour!
It's Chili's. Pretty much the same everywhere you go. Decent food, decent atmosphere. My server was pretty good, as well.

I asked for special accommodations and they were more than happy to accommodate. Also the drinks and appetizer was brought out within less than 2 minutes of stating them!

I ordered take out. When you do you get a text letting you know, your food is ready and you can go in and get it. I never got the text letting me know it was ready. I got tired of waiting for the text after almost 45 minutes and went in. My food had been ready and sitting there for a while. I said I didn't want the food and just wanted a refund. When the manager came up he was rude right away and said " we don't bring it to you , you have to come in and get it" I was trying to explain, and show him on my phone that I did not get the text message and therefore my food sat for too long. He was very rude from the beginning and acted like he wasn't interested in anything I had to say completely dismissing me. I am entitled to a refund since I did not take the food. I am the General Manager of the Fairfield by Marriott just down the road and when my guests ask for dinner recommendations, I will make sure we let them know about the horrible service and will highly recommend they go somewhere else. What a terrible way to handle a situation! Shame on you.

This is a great location. It's nice that they are open late. The food is consistantly great and I was surprised to find that it was less expensive for two people to have a really good dinner for the same price most fast food restaurants are charging for a sub par burger meal.
