Found multiple pieces of hair in food
Got the very simple Club from Jimmy John’s. Looked fresh, tasted alright. Till the next day when I spent a combined total of 5 hrs on the toilet with diarrhea because of it. The culprit? The dang lettuce. Don’t ask me how I know. Terrible would not eat again.

Waited for someone to acknowledge us. Finally staff said we will be with you soon. Super slow. Very understaffed. Got our sandwiches and watched one customer walk out as no one helped them and two others were walking out when staff asked for their order. Not freaky fast!

Probably the worst JJ’s I’ve been to. Service was incredibly slow for a chain that prides itself on fast delivery. Took nearly half an hour to get a sandwich, compared to the 5ish minutes it takes at every other Jimmy John’s in the country.

Got a chicken wrap from here, soggy lettuce, and soggy cucumbers and tomatoes again call them said what would you like me to do refund me and they didn’t want to?

My husband and I were asked politely to wait for them to finish the tuna salad for our sandwiches. Absolutely worth the wait!! Thank you so much ladies! Y’all did not disappoint

Drive though which is great but bread was 10% of what you would expect. We wasted $45.00 as nobody could eat it but you are already 5 miles down the road. Sign says Jimmy John’s but maybe it is just Jimmy’s???? Subway is close to the City Market if you have the time to walk in.

11 of us walked in on May 28th at about 6:30, door was open - as we walked in the Sandwich Maker - "She said the Dining Room is closed"! The cashier (Super Sweet)
convinced the sandwich maker that we could eat inside. No sign on door when dining room is closed. We proceeded to order all vegetarian sandwiches - think it's the cheese and avocado with cucumbers etc. I wish I took a picture - four sandwiches came out there was 1/2 a teaspoon of avocado between the two slices of cheese and then the sandwich maker comes out and tells in her loud voice they are out of cucumbers and pickles - when asked about the amount of avocado on the sandwiches - she said that's all we put on each sandwich by this time the sweet cashier was off shift and a young man came in and said he was the manager - from that point on yes it did get ugly and a shouting match started our point was how can you call this an avocado and cheese and on top of that being out of cucumbers. pickles sandwich maker we did order 11 full sandwiches, chips and some sodas the manager was rude and and yes after much yelling back and forth we were given a full refund - we gave back the 4 or 5 sandwiches that were first made gave back the chips and an hour was wasted while all this took place. we proceeded to drive to Santa Fe where we ordered $120.00 worth of food from Taco Bell and ate at our Hotel! the WORST customer service - especially since we eat sandwiches at our local Jimmy John's in Waco and being Hotel owners - Service and Hospitality is ingrained in us by our Franchise Training!!!

Manager SIRRAH GAINT very very rude and very bad behavior. In our sandwich they didn’t put any avocados or cheese and they want to charge extra money for that. They don’t care about customer service. They are prejudice

Waited several minutes to be acknowledged, just for my order to be rung up wrong and then told that I’d have to wait 10 minutes for bread. Then I was never asked what I even wanted on my sandwich, he just put lettuce and tomato and handed it to me without a question
