I had did an online order of two of their $20 fill up boxes and had asked for specific sauces such as bbq honey and kfc sauce only for one and honey bbq, ranch, sticky chicky sweet and sour sauce and the kfc sauce and instead of getting any of those in my order I got what the box originally comes with which is unacceptable all considering I can’t have anything spicy at the moment and neither can my mother. Also the staff wasn’t smiling or was greeting in a happy mood. The food looks fine but I’m not happy that they couldn’t follow my order instructions. I’m very displeased with customer service and I will not ever be doing an online order with KFC ever again!

Biscuits and fries got super hard when they cooled off like it was microwaved not edible or fresh tasting , macaroni, chicken were same , not freshly made probably yesterday's and re heated . I never go here because my last visit was same , but disappointing I was to tired to cook and gave it another try, only to be dissatisfied again! I am giving this place 1 stat because upon reading reviews I see it not getting better and why is the dining area still closed and who owns this place , shame on you !

KFC is decent for what you pay. I love the potato wedges though!!Update: French fries replaced the potato wedges and ONLY the drive thru is open, no Dine-in.

All of the plans my cowboy made fell through when I went up to go elk hunting with him at the end of October 2023. Stuff happens.KFC was there to sort of alleviate the bitterness left behind by the day's disappointments. So we grabbed a family bucket of chicken ($37.93 including tax). Since there was 3 of us, we opted for the 12-piece Fried Chicken Bucket Meal prepared with the original KFC® recipe - the Drum & Thigh Bucket (6 drums and 6 thighs). This meal comes with of your choice and includes 3 large sides and 6 biscuits. We chose a cole slaw and doubled up on mashed potatoes and gravy.I wish the Original Recipe was like it used to be when I was much younger. Even the potatoes and the biscuits taste different - not as good.The Big Box sounds like a great deal for $9 if you order online plus it comes with a drink.We didn't eat inside, but it looked decent from what I could tell. The drive-thru wasn't all that busy that late at night - about 8:30. The service could use a bit more training as far as etiquette, but maybe that's just me. At least I wasn't talking to Terminator!

Went there around 6:30 in the evening, asked for a spicy chicken box with a Mac and cheese substitute for fries, and a 5 piece box with Mac and cheese substituted for coleslaw. Not only did we not receive all the items in the box, we did not get the Mac and cheese. The “spicy sandwich” we were given was just a regular with the smallest plop of spicy sauce. Our server was kind and very professional, unfortunately this lead me to jot check before leaving!
