On vacay and needed something fast great service but the long johns food was sub par more of a taco bell with forced long johns

Waited over 25 minutes for food. Absolutely no excuse for fast food

We LOVE ❤️ Long John Silvers but NOT this one they messed up the order & the food was terrible! When we walked in 2 employees were sleeping in the lobby maybe on break but should have taken that as a sign of the effort put into the food.

Our family was traveling through and half wanted to go to Long Johns and decided Taco Bell was good. When we arrived not only was Long John's not making food or taking orders even though it was from the same counter and same kitchen... But everyone had to order at the kiosk at the counter, and acted really put out when someone would try to pay cash to them after ordering at the kiosk without a card. There were more than enough people there working, but they were all very young and were extremely too busy socializing to work. Our order was wrong, and even though we just dealt with it and ate what we received, I did however have to go back to the counter to get some things because the station that usually has the cutlery, napkins, straws hot sauce, ketchup, and so forth was empty. After I stood there for about 5 minutes with employees standing at the back of the kitchen, once the counter girl acknowledged that I was standing there, she kept talking for several minutes about how some guy was so interested in someone. When she finally came up and said "what do you need"(clearly I had interrupted her conversation), she was clearly agitated that I was wasting her time. After I told her that I needed some napkins a straw and a fork, she's slang it down on the counter and I said thank you. Her then reply was "I have to it's my job" and walked away.I'm only giving this a rating of a 1 because I have 2 very young daughters and you taught them a very important lesson that I want them to know...a difference. They learned the opposite of how you should treat customers, and a very ill-mannered way to treat people, along with what disrespectful looked like from the public eye. So thank you for that but I'm sure glad we were just traveling and everyone else closer has other options to choose from.

Extremely disappointed!! Traveling through and the demeanor of the old woman at the register was so unwelcoming. The fish was dry and dehydrated, the shrimp had a taste to it. Ordered nacho fries as well and tasted stale. More than half our meal went to the garbage!!!

Saw a Long John's so of course I had to get it. The food was pretty good. Not quite as good as I remember but pretty good. Service was top notch and the atmosphere was just basic.

Was very let down.. This is a treat when we find one open with our trips. They were totally out of malt vinegar.... so that just really made us unhappy. Because to me that's like a signature sauce to thier fish.......

The fish is good if you have them drop it fresh it's located in Taco Bell so not many people order the long John Silvers I love fish so I use the good coupons to get a better deal and always have it dropped in the fryer when I order I love it and have since I was a child ?????

Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll right in with wheelchair and scooter side isles big bathrooms this place is great for handicap as well as elderly so don't just order to go stop in and enjoy dinner or lunch with a friend???‍ ??‍ ??‍

I was so excited to see a Long Johns. It was perfect because my kiddos love Taco Bell and hubby and I love Long Johns. Food was really good and the lady who took our order at the counter was so nice! I wish I knew her name to give a proper shoutout!

This is alright for a Taco Bell, but they didn't have salsa or pico which I thought was odd. The person working the window was very pleasant.

One of the few Long John Silvers left in the region. It's still as good as I remember. Friendly staff, fast service, hit and fresh food, clean lobby.
