This was a unique and delicious experience! From huge potatoes of all varieties to delicious salads, it blew our minds how good everything was. Plus, there's the bonus of all kinds of yummy fudge. Add the lovely little gift shop and we were extremely happy with our visit!

What an AWESOME and DELICIOUS find right here in Alamosa, Colorado!!! Mammoth Spud Cafe was highly recommended when I googled best places to eat in Alamosa and boy were we treated by Sabrina as if we were family! She welcomed us with a genuine smile and then feed us the most scrumptious and enormous bacon, chicken, broccoli, cheese and garlic butter topped larger than life baked potato! We checked and it’s only 9 1/2 hours from our Arizona home!!! Road trip would be so worth it to enjoy this fabulous service, food and friendship! To the owner-please come to AZ…. To Sabrina- THANK YOU!!! We’ll be back!!!! Ps- the store is adorable too🥰⭐️

This place is great! I tried two different spuds while in town and enjoyed both of them. Not only are the toppings delicious, the potato is cooked to perfection. Probably one of the best baked potatoes I have ever had. I highly recommend stopping by.
