This place is great! I tried two different spuds while in town and enjoyed both of them. Not only are the toppings delicious, the potato is cooked to perfection. Probably one of the best baked potatoes I have ever had. I highly recommend stopping by.
Absolutely delicious - and entirely gluten free menu! Green chili, jalapeño poppers, potato crust pizza. Everything was delicious! Mammoth sized San Luis valley potatoes - the best!

Mammoth Spud Cafe was highly recommended when I googled best places to eat in Alamosa and boy were we treated by Sabrina as if we were family! She welcomed us with a genuine smile and then feed us the most scrumptious and enormous bacon, chicken, broccoli, cheese and garlic butter topped larger than life baked potato!
We checked and it’s only 9 1/2 hours from our Arizona home!!! Road trip...
