The McGriddle was over microwaved the sandwich was one big glob that I almost choked on because the bread was over microwaved so much it was doughy. I usually like McDonald's but this particular day, as it was quite busy so ....yeah.
Can this place be shut down already??? horrible service long wait times

While the food was fresh & delicious & the servants were doing there job. There was a 27 minute wait from the time I got to the drive thru order speaker to the pickup window, , I had ordered online ahead of time. 27 minute wait for a darn chicken wrap, totally ridiculous, if the employees weren't so nice, you would be getting one star. You NEED a better pickup option for online orders. 27 minutes 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Employees moving at a snail's pace, rude and inattentive to in-store customers. Mistakes were made on the register, items never put into order but were scanned from the app. Manager would not fix issue, wanted us to wait 15 minutes AFTER we had already waited 15. Never coming back again, lost three customers permanently.

Screwed up my order which messed up the app. Told me I had to wait 15mins to reuse the app despite their foul up. Waited 15mins and it still didn't work.
The GM shrugged their shoulders and told me to wait 15mins.
The GM gave me attitude the entire time. The manager had better customer service.
Oh and the fries were soggy. I'd avoid this place.

Stopped by so my toddler could have lunch on the way through. The play place is just an interactive projector, but it was still enough for him to run around and get some energy out. It's worlds better than the BK across the street!

Used the mobile app to order. Waited longer than expected. Two out of seven meals were wrong. Going to the counter and trying to get it corrected took 10-12 minutes and talking to two different employees. Overall, subpar for McDonalds. Also, felt like false advertising to have “play place” on the side of the building when in reality the play place had been gutted and replaced with a projector that put video on the floor. Our 4 and 6 yr old were over it in 3 minutes.

Always getting parked, there is never a visit where the food is actually ready. The workers seem always cracked out and very rude. This place needs someone to intervene before it goes down worse than it has.

Poorly run operation with over 22 minute wait times on all orders that we saw. So much for fast food.

Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Poor Service
I normally don’t write reviews, but I’ve had enough. Every single visit to this McDonald’s has been frustrating, and today was no different. The customer service continues to be disappointing. My McFlurry wasn’t even mixed—just soft serve with a scoop of toppings dumped on top. My child’s Happy Meal had literally two fries in the container. I wish I were exaggerating, but sadly I’m not.
What makes this worse is the price of food right now. If I’m going to pay nearly $10 for a kid’s meal and extra for a treat, I at least expect to get what I ordered and to be treated respectfully. This isn’t a one-time thing. It happens every time I come, and I’ve spoken to John multiple times about it in hopes things would improve. They haven’t.
This is exactly why I’m now reaching out to corporate. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic quality and decent customer service—especially when prices keep going up. Enough is enough.
