The price went up the sizes went down. Normally they have typical service but today was sub par. My first interaction was fantastic. Very kind and helpful. My second however had the employee walking away while I asked a question about the ice cream machine….. my kids loved the interactive playroom. Much better than the pee soaked ball pits of my childhood.

Don't waste your time here. Whether you order online or drive-thru or dine-in don't ask for anything special no lettuce extra meat you'll never get it this place is absolutely the worst. don't waste your time sending in a complaint because they don't give a crap. We learned the hard way spent a lot of money there and learned our lesson

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was scammed and treated very poorly by TAL Ortin. When I arrived, he was rude and said nothing was ready because his manager hadn’t opened yet. I waited about 20 minutes, and when I asked again, he yelled through the window saying my food would take over an hour—then had the audacity to shut the window right in my face. On top of that, he appeared to be drunk; I could clearly smell alcohol on him. I left without my breakfast, yet I was still charged. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Be careful—workers here are scamming people’s cards again!

Stop by this morning to order some food for my family, the youngster at the second window need to focus on the order she hands out. Instead worrying what she wanted to say to my husband. Plus the order that given to us was so not the food I had order. Stay in your lane honey!

Could of cooked burgers at home faster. Took them 40 minutes to get me my order of 3 items. First and last time going there. Anywhere else is faster, even Ihop.

Waited 20 minutes. How can service be slow AND food dangerously undercooked?

This McDonald is the worst especially if placing mobile order. Every time I place mobile order for medium-sized fries and apples pie, they alway say they don't have my order, waste my time, won't give the order, and I can't cancel the order in the mobile saying order is already processed. The workers did their best to help but the owner started yelling at me that I alway have problems. I asked her for suggestions on preventing the issue since I noticed issue mostly occur if my order isn't placed inside mcdonald's wifi, she went on blaming me as the problem. Though my kid enjoys having McDonald's apple pie, will avoid coming to this McDonald moving forward.
