Got the $5 dollar meal. Double Cheeseburger was good, as well as the chicken nuggets. The fries were only half full. I understand the cost of everything going up, but if you advertise something for a certain price, then give the customer what they paid for. Don't give them a special price with less food, unless you are advertising it that way.

First time, my drive-thru order was incorrect and I had to return to the restaurant to have it fixed. The woman taking money at the drive-thru was wearing a bracelet prominently promoting a republican candidate for president (who I shall not name).
Politics and business are a bad combination.
Second time I visited the fries were cold, the sandwich was noticeably smaller than in years past, and the prices were more in line with a mid-level sit-down restaurant rather than fast food. On top of that, one of their employees dashed in front of me without even a glance in my direction as I exited the drive-thru. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting the oblivious gentleman.
McDonald's needs to quit promoting fascists, focus on quality, and get realistic about their pricing.

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. Get home, food missing as usual!! Fries old as dirt. Crispy chicken sandwich had a dry bun, 2 stinky pickles and old piece of breaded chicken. Crispy?! No, soggy. Do I literally have to ASK for seasoning on the chicken..and could you possibly spare a drop of mayo or will that throw you into bankruptcy? Called the store. They were confused and asked what they should do. Never going back. Ever.

The man at the second window handed me someone else's food before asking for it back and giving me my meal - which as usual was incorrect.

We were driving through Alamosa, heading home from the mountains and stopped at McDonald's for an early lunch. We happened to arrive just as many others were arriving and it was quite busy. I was impressed with the friendliness and diligence of the staff to take care of it all so smoothly. Well done!

I tell them I don’t want to use self checkout and don’t know how. I got the rudest glare from the cashier and with serious attitude tells me well it’s going to be awhile before I can help.
